Returned phone is 2021 & they claim never to have recieved it. They then charged my Tmobile account $500 (on top of what I paid for replacement phone)... since then I've called every 6 mths to get money refunded to no avail. I pay approximately $140 a mth to assurian... not any longer... anyone had such experience? Currently July 2023

I have been trying to file a claim for 2 hours now and am still trying. I have been hung up on 13 times as soon as I say I want to use my Asurion policy and pay my deductible. I have been re routed back to Verizon and have to start the process all over again, then transferred to the Philippines who try again to talk you into getting the phone repaired so they dont have to replace it. Not to mention to re routing and the horrible, automated service that gives you the run around with useless redundant information. This company has gone to garbage, and I do not recommend. I will be looking into other phone carriers that do not use Asurion

My screen cracked at 9:30pm on a Saturday and I was able to get it repaired at 12:00pm on a Sunday. The location was close by and convenient. The customer service was fantastic. You can't tell I ever even needed a new screen. It was repaired so quickly I was without my phone for an hour tops. Also, I paid $59 for the new screen opposed to the $300+ it would have costed without my insurance.
Over all it was easy to file a claim and I got my replacement within 24 hours after filing my claim. The rep was so helpful in filing my claim for me I have never had any problems with AT&T Asurion when I had to file a claim on any of my devices

I am very unhappy with the Protection plan offered by Asurion for JP Penney. I purchased many appliances through JP Penney IN 2018 and got protection plans on all of them. I had to use this for one Samsung over-the-range microwave a few times, and it always had problems, and they came and fixed it.Today i called them for the issue, and they said you have used us the maximum amount of time so we can help you. I was told please read terms and condition and which is 15 pages long in the fine prints. I told them why you guys don't let us know when you are selling this policy at the store and when we call you guts all the time you need to lets us know. The procedure should say there is limit for each appliances and they should let us know when we call them up.I will give zero review if there was one for as they are not transparent when they sell and even brochure do not have this most important.I am going to better business bure and all the other good reviews sites and also put an twitter.The number is called *******971 and was inform this today.

First of all the site is very difficult to navigate, secondly after hours of obtaining additional verification code after code, the claim was completed and then my phone on back order. It's been four (4) days with no follow up from Assurion. They are not keeping their end of the bargain. They are well paid to insure a cheap phone, and it's on back order SMS

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
