When I called to do a warranty claim the rep sent me a link and talked me through each step which made it easy and reduced my questions. Each time I completed a step she asked me to inform her and I did which also made the process easier.

My son jumped in the pool with his phone and thank goodness it was insured so we made an appointment and they came out the next day. The person was quick, kind, and explained everything perfectly, highly recommend getting the insurance.
I went to the website and filled out the required information. Within a couple of days, my son's replacement phone arrived. We returned the damaged phone in the box with UPS sticker that was provided to us. My son and his dad then dropped off the return at UPS, and they were given a receipt. We also had the tracking information provided to us by Ascurion on a piece of paper that came with the phone. Overall, this process was smooth and stress-free. Thank-you very much!

Couple weeks ago, an Assurion representative created a 2nd ticket/claim for my Galaxy watch issue. The first ticket/claim was created several weeks earlier, and I sent in the watch for repair. They declared it fixed and sent it back to me. Once I received it, I examined it and noticed that it was not fixed. I called Assurion to explain this, and they told me to send it in again for repair. I explained that I didn't see the purpose since I already did that, they said that it passed all tests / was fixed, yet upon receiving it I quickly noticed that it was not fixed. Now, they want me to send it in again. Each time I send it in I am several weeks without the item, so if they could not fix it the first time (even though they said that they did), I do not see the point of sending it in a second time. This is a waste of time and resources. There should be a better way to handle such a situation. I made a video of the issue but the company refuses to review it assess the problem. It is possible the video could be insightful. Consequently, I am not pleased with the experience. *I also left review with Consumer Affairs. They responded saying they would look into solving this issue, and after providing them with my information, over now a week, I still haven't heard anything from them, not even to confirm that they are working on it. Not the best experience

I broke my glass screen and called Asurion. They scheduled an appointment immediately. A technician came to my office and fixed the screen onsite. It couldn't have been easier. Outstanding experience.

They have no intention of helping. Getting a replacement phone was a difficult task but even more difficult to get Asurion to give my phone to UPS. I was promised 2nd day shipping. UPS was finally given my phone a week after this promise and a lot of hot words every other day or so. Confirmed address was not put in correctly (even tho Maria literally just read it back to me), promises not being kept time after time, and ultimately my phone getting "lost" all less me to switch from Verizon & Asurion. I currently have the household electronics insurance and can't even make a claim for a tablet or a game controller. I've given them money for more than a decade and I can't even make 1 claim..

Brandon and Gerald were great. I hadn't filed a claim so I did that in the store and left the phone. We came back later in the day and it was ready. Super easy and a great experience.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
