I had 2 very understanding agents helping me through the whole process. They made a very anxious situation easy to understand. They were so patient as I'm unfamiliar with using email.
Just had my first experience with Asurion. I don't know what to say. I will never buy anything backed by them again. On 6/21/2021 I purchased as 1/3 HP Sump Pump for $149.99 plus tax and the Asurion Plan. On 7/6/2023 the pump failed. I submitted a claim and was giving a gift card (It is not legal to return submersible pumps to a store in NY) for the amount of $149.99. The price of the pump in 2021. Now in 2023 the same pump is $199.99 plus tax. I was basically shorted $50 that I had to come up with to replace the warrantied pump. This is the worst warranty plan I have ever seen. Harbor Freight is 100X better. I have had them replace items for no additional cost to me even though the product price had increased over years. If it had been any other type of item, I could simply have brought it back to the store and swapped it for a new item for no additional cost. So, after having been blindsided by Tractor Supply Company and Asurion, I threw their credit away, and have gone back to Harbor Freight
Phone gets stolen. Go to Verzion to get a new phone. I get told your insurance claim is through asurion. I go to store front clerk is not helpful puts me on a computer to do his job. Computer ask for picks of documentation. Hello I have no phone. Clerk is no help sends me to Verzion as he tells me Verzion is lazy and should do their job. Verzion manager fills out all asurion documentation and send it to them, because he gets my phone is stolen. Once documentation is in have to get in phone to talk to asurion customer service representative. Asurion does not recognize my number, I am like really aserion my number is suspended. Well Verzion manager comes and gets an asurion rep on the phone she is absolutely no help. We have to review your claim. I am like I did the claim for you well actually the Verzion manager did. So how long will this take 3 to 4 hours. I am like cool asurion store front will still be open. Uuuugggggghhhhhhhhh no you can't pick your insurance claim up through or store we will mail it to you. I am like ma'am your whole business model is pointless, but then I am like know actually genius I and the Verzion manager did all the work and aserion got paid. I sit writing this review thinking dang I should have come up with this business model.

My phone screen was fixed and I was out the door in 15 minutes. Very professional and friendly.
The technician guy Jake was very helpful in describing wat need to be fix. And top of that it doesn't take that long for him to fix my phone.
The worker came to my home witch is a plus right there. I handed the phone off to the work and with in 10 to 20 mins my phone came back all fixed up with a new battery too.
Great job I really didn't want to do the hole send my phone back $#*! an then boot up a new or used one then to put all the passwords in and $#*!.

My phone's screen just stopped working out of nowhere. I was in a panic, as many of us would be. I went online with my insurance, mentioned the problem, got an appointment for the next day and brought it in. I was worried, but within a minute she sussed it out, told me it was no big deal, and it would be ready in an hour.
It was! And on top of that, while I was out I remembered that I was having trouble with my usb charger. When I picked up my phone I was like, "Oh, yeah, there's this issue I have with charging. Do you have any advice?" and she was like, "No problem, I fixed that for you. There was some lint in there. You're good now."

My son's PS5 broke. U break it we fix it said the disc drive stopped working they couldn't fix ot. Asurion would have to replace or give me fair market value. After 2 weeks not hearing back, multiple phone calls they said they will only give me $345 to replace it. I've spent over $600 in paying this insurnace monthly. No claims till now and they want to rip me off. After an hour on the phone with the rep when I asked to speak to a manger she sent me back to the automated where i waited the first time for 33 min before they answered. Do not waste your money with this company. Just buy the extended warranty everyone offers at purchase. This machine broke after 1.5 years.

6 hours of my time over a week with over 12 phones calls-last one at the UPS store because Asurion does not work with UPS seamlessly like they claim. I still don't know if this claim that has been approved will ever actually be fulfilled.

There was an option to have a technician come to my house to fix my cracked screen. When the technician arrived he fixed my phone in his van and finished it within 30 minutes. This was the most sufficient process for atnt. We all know you have to wait in line at a store. I will definitely use this again.
They were precise on the time given... My phone screen went in broken and came back brand new thanks to them...

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
