Contacted the company 2 days later, finally got an agent who processed the claim, got the phone the next day. Great! Activated the phone. Everything looked good. Decided to Doordash and Uber, then the problem starts: ABSOLUTELY NO GPS! Verizon techs stated the internal antenna has to be damaged. Reached out to Asurion, was told wait time was an estimated 3 minutes. As of this review, I have been on hold for 1 hour and 41 minutes, and have the screenshot to prove it...

My experience at the AT&T office was good they gave me choices and to upgrade or get the phone fix they set it up for me at ifixmyphone up the street and only taken a couple of hours and I had my phone and satisfied with their service only thing I'm not satisfied with is that I thought I was eligible for a free iPhone upgrade and then someone told me I wasn't cussing look at it. I paid my phone off and they looked at everything and told me I was eligible and that was a lie I have been a customer of AT&T for years and seem like when I'm talking to customer service on the phone. I never get the correct answers or what need to be done correctly. It always be something different when I talk to another one and everything in my home is AT&T so I just wish that you know when I called back maybe I'll be able to get the things that I really want. Thanks again in advance I'm 69 yrs old and before I retired I was with you guys for 20 yrs with my work phone *******159 through my Job and I continue because I did like the service

After paying for insurance on a phone for 3 years my son broke his phone. It's an iPhone so the company makes u put it in lost mode but that is impossible when it's broke. My son forgot his apple ID info and I've just gotten the run around for 3 days and said forget it and bought a new phone. I will never pay for insurance on a phone. Complete rip off. 3 yrs worth of money I could've saved and used towards the new phone and still had money left over.

I started a new claim 7/12/2023. I was told 86.95 and received an email saying this amount 7/12/2023. Also the invoice when I bought the replacement around 7pm said The refunded amount was 86.95.
When I woke the amount was 64.96 on the invoice 7/13/2023. In 5 or 6 hours they changed the refund amount. Fast forward 7/15/2023 it finally came out of my bank so I see the price I paid.
I go to Asurion's web site. I cant email support, my only option is to call. I'm disabled I have trouble speaking most company's just hang up because they can't understand me. Its not available, I googled "Asurion's customer support email".

I called with an issue and filed a claim last Sunday, and by Tuesday, I had a replacement phone and transferred everything from my old phone to the replacement. The process was smooth and resolved the issue of a broken camera and poor battery. Everyone that I spoke to was pleasant and helpful. I was glad that I had the insurance.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
