Would give a zero if possible.I received the wrong phone and your Ausurion Agent not only came late had me signed that he was here and "breaking the seal". After he showed me the phone I told him this is the wrong device. He called someone on the phone they said because I signed there is nothing they can do. I told him then why did you make me sign knowing I wasn't suppose to if it the wrong device. The rep that did our intial claim verified the correct phone13 Pro Max ask if their was a number the driver can reach us at gave her my number. Now they are blaming me because I put my number on the claim the device got switched. That is not at all my fault, I have no way of knowing a mistake would be made on your end by taking my number that THEY requested.
I spoke with 3 employees, Romello, Z and James. They were all very helpful providing me information on the replacement. On 7/22 I stopped in to have the screen protector replaced. They explained everything that needed to be done and gave me a time frame to have it replaced of 4 hours. They also explained that the replacement may not be perfect. In about 2 hours my phone was ready for pick up and the screen protector was placed perfectly. I will definitely recommend Asurion in Harrisburg to anyone who needs work done to their phones.

Despite the process taking a bit more than the 2 hours that they had me wait, it was an increadibly easy process that is super affordable for the workmanship that they did with my phone, even going the extra mile for my phone to perform at full capacity. I will definitely be referring to friends and family so that they too have a place that's super reliable and affordable to take their electronics to.
Very easy to file the claim and the replacement phone arrived the next day with easy instructions of how to activate it.
21 taking the time to read this please do not waste your time or money on asurion protection plans it is a waste of your time and money and they will not be there for you when you need your protection plan the most Allstate is the way to go tried and trusted time and time again I have twin boys and many things break they come through within one business day asurion however would like to play games with you and run you around in circles until you just give up or cancel your protection plan
