Their claims process is self explanatory, quick and easy to use and made getting my phone repaired quite a happy experience.
Asurion has monopolize the cell phone replacement industry. Every major carrier is using Asurion. The days of getting replacement phones in person, is OVER. The days of switching carriers due to bad service is over. Asurion makes you download and fill out an Affidavit and send them a copy of your Drivers license. This can take up to 24 hrs for them to get back to you. After you go through all that nonsense they tell you YOUR color is not available SEE PHOTO BELOW. I don't want a GREEN phone, I insured a BLACK phone. At this point in Asurion's web site, there is NO chance to get a different color phone or speak or text someone. Your insurance claim is must likely all the crappy colors that dont sell.
They make the process seamless. Faster than making a sandwich and you're on your way to having your device fixed or replaced.
The tech that came to my house was VERY concerned with making sure my phone was fixed. He showed up WAY after hours just to resolve the issue! He had a fantastic attitude and great customer service.

Everyone working inside of the store was wonderful, friendly and helpful! I had a small issue where my fingerprint sensor wasn't calibrated correctly, but when I called them about it they immediately apologized and offered to fix it for me if I brought it back. Took maybe five minutes and now it works perfectly! Would definitely recommend.

So i drop my phone on gravel. Road and it cranks the screen. Not end of the world i have Asurión but have never used the insurance. Filing a claim was easy, once I knew where to go to do that. Company schedules a time or a range of time and comes to my house to repair phone screen for $29. Young lady calls 30 minutes prior all is good. She break the back glass of my phone, really just a small chip but apologizes and set me you with a brand new phone. The best part is when I make the phone call. I'm dreading make the call, just know im going to get someone I can't understand I'm going to get pissed and hang up and not get phone replaced. A young lady from Houston Texas is on the other line, what a pleasure she was. Took care of me not only got me a new phone but the newer version of my phone and next day shipping. Process was just smooth. Not sure it would happen this way again but but very satisfied with asurion, so I also picked up home electronic insurance that covers all devices in home.

My iPhone 6plus phone stopped holding a charge I walked into att store on Blackstone fresno ca & unbeknownst to me I was sold a replacement iPhone 11 for $729.99 when I got home I noticed the receipt at the bottom of the bag immediately unsuccessfully tried calling the Att agent back at the store using the number he'd given me then I remembered I had assurion insurance which I called spoke to a pleasant competent agent who quickly assessed my issue the next day I received my replacement iPhone 11 at no charge via FedEx so I returned to the Att store on Blackstone returned the $729.99 iPhone 14 of course I had to ask the agent Carlos why he had not been able to notice that I had assurion insurance. If he responded I didn't notice but I'm grateful for assurion insurance.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
