They canceled four times on me, once without even the curtesy of telling me, none told me the day before, always during the time they were supposed to be here.
So as of now, I've lost four half days of work costing me twice as much as the phone was in the first place.

I walked in and met with the Asurion tech who was very experienced and respected my time. Not only did he do the repair on one phone, he cut the corners and help me connect with the right person to replace our unrepairable device. No phone tree for us! He made sure that ALL of my issues were taken care of before I walked out of the store! Very good service!
Easy as 1,2,3. Made a call, the representative was extremely helpful and pleasant. In no time at all she had set me an appointment for the next morning at 11:00. The guy they sent to repair my phone called me 10 minutes earlier than expected. He ask, "if there would be a problem if he show up early?" Within 15 minutes of his arrival I had my phone in hand with all repairs made to my phone. Could not had been easier to get my phone fixed.

Dropped my cellphone, cracked the screen and phone started to malfunction. Immediately after filing a claim, a quick response was sent. When AT & T told me I had to contact Asurion directly, I totally cringed! I contacted them and getting my phone replaced was one of the easiest processes I've ever done with anything to do with insurance. My phone was on my doorstep the next afternoon when I got home. I had a bad touch screen. Arrived at opening on a Saturday morning dropped off. I then run a quick errand and before I could get back I got a call it was complete. Thanks it was painless. And I am writing the review on it now!
Asurion made sure that getting my screen replaced was a quick and easy as possible. When they say 3 days they mean it. I was nervous about shipping my phone off but they had great communication and kept me up to date on the whole process. I couldn't be any more happier about the whole process!
I was extremely pleased with how fast and easy the claim process took. As well as how fast I received my new phone after it was run over by a fire engine. Asurion insurance is amazing and I would highly recommend getting it.
Husband's iphone was accidentally destroyed by getting run over. Filed our claim on Monday night and by Wednesday, he had his new replacement phone. We were also able to get it activated easily and retain all his info. Very thankful we had insurance!
