They canceled four times on me, once without even the curtesy of telling me, none told me the day before, always during the time they were supposed to be here.

I walked in and met with the Asurion tech who was very experienced and respected my time. Not only did he do the repair on one phone, he cut the corners and help me connect with the right person to replace our unrepairable device. No phone tree for us! He made sure that ALL of my issues were taken care of before I walked out of the store! Very good service!
Easy as 1,2,3. Made a call, the representative was extremely helpful and pleasant. In no time at all she had set me an appointment for the next morning at 11:00. The guy they sent to repair my phone called me 10 minutes earlier than expected. He ask, "if there would be a problem if he show up early?" Within 15 minutes of his arrival I had my phone in hand with all repairs made to my phone. Could not had been easier to get my phone fixed.

When AT & T told me I had to contact Asurion directly, I totally cringed! I contacted them and getting my phone replaced was one of the easiest processes I've ever done with anything to do with insurance. My phone was on my doorstep the next afternoon when I got home. Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
