My technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I thought I would have to pay a lot out of pocket and have to travel out of my small town to have my screen replaced but the tech came to me and on time. He also called about an hour before arriving to let me know to expect him. He had my screen replaced in under 20 min and handled my device with care. I am so glad I had Asurion has my insurance because it was only $29 whereas it would have been $100-200 without Asurion. I highly recommend this company. You won't be dissatisfied.

From the moment my wife's screen broke this morning to the multiple phone calls to verify the correct phone and its screen was at the store. Once we arrived, it was smooth sailing as we were told it would be about an Hour before the phone would be ready, so we went to have lunch and in about 20 mins we received an email letting us know the phone was ready! We were extatic at how fast the service was and so happy that we were able to get her phone back in such quick timing. Amazing Job Guys! Highly Recommend for all tech repair needs!
I put in a claim with these $#*! wipes to get my screen repaired on a Samsung galaxy fold3. I took it in to the place they told me some shop called UbreakIFix. They handed me back my phone with chunks of my $#*!ing screen missing or hanging off! Not only that but the $#*!ing screen was inoperable. I called Asurion to file a claim for a replacement and they told me I would get the fold 4 instead because the fold3 was no longer available. The woman on the phone asked for my address and I gave it to her 3 separate times, and she still $#*!ed it up! Put in an address that doesn't even $#*!ing exist! I call them back 2 days after initial claim and they tell me that there was a mistake on their end and asked my address again and I told them again. They filed another claim and told me it would arrive the next day. A few hours later I get an email saying my claim is on hold so I call them again. They tell me call again in 2 hours to see if it updates so I do. And when I call those limp $#*! $#*!s tell me that my address cant be used because I had to file too many $#*!ing claims using it?!? So now im on hold with AT&T trying to cancel my entire service because this $#*! was just unprofessional as $#*!!

I dropped my iPhone on concrete at my son's baseball game and it caused my screen to crack through my screen protector. I was able to make my claim through AT&T and bring my phone in. I got there at 10am and my phone was fixed by 12:15. Quick service and my screen looks brand new

I will be canceling my ATT Asurion device insurance. I just had to file a claim. Haven't had one in nearly 5 years. It was fast and efficient last time. Only took an hour to get my device shipped. Now they want you to wait 24 hours for them to review everything. This is BULL$#*!. They obviously don't value customers time or money. I will be canceling my Att device insurance, the insurance I have on the 120 devices on my coorprate carrier accounts, and the coverages I have with Amazon as well. Will never do business with this company in ANY ASPECT ever again. Get bent.
