Buyer beware

I bought thier warranty and had to use it. The phone system said next day now I'm told I will be waiting until Thursday again now so a full week instead of a day. Nowhere near the service agreement they agreed to with me

What was amazing to me is Asurion delivering a new phone to my house the next day in person. I was also notified the time and there location with there ETA. Great customer service saved me money and time.

Phone had a cracked screen and called to setup appointment to have phone fixed. On the day of the appointment, the service woman came and fixed the screen and I thanked her very much. Keep up the Great work with customer support and care..

The Insurance is Great!

The screen on my phone was cracked and it was very hard to see anything. I filed a claim and they sent out a technician with my new phone the very next day. He was so knowledgeable and had my new phone all set up and working! With the insurance, I had a new phone and gained some knowledge for only $75.00! I highly recommend the insurance with Asurion.

Truly blessed

I can not tell u enough how this company went above and beyond what my expectations was. I thought I might get screwed around and end up paying alot of money to replace my device. But asurion kept there word. Not only that but they also was able to get me insured on all my devices. Even the ones I have in my home that aren't even apart of my phone bill are covered. U will always have a forever customer from me and all my friends and family. This is a huge must for anyone that would like there electronics covered. Trust me. U need to call them right now. U wont regret it

SCAMMMM

I called like 50 times and every time they sounded very sweet but ut it was all totally fake!
They kept telling us were sending an email with the return info etc etc etc but they never once did! I wasted enourmous amounts of money, time and energy on the phone with brainless people lying to me I'm gonna get my money back. Scammers, liars, cheaters!

Outstanding Performance

My daughter's IPhone needed a new screen. We scheduled an at home service call. Technician showed up on time was very friendly and explained everything that needed to be done. Had phone repaired in under 20 minutes.

If everyone provided this high level of customer service the world would be a better place!

Straight forward, less stress

Straightforward repair of a simple screen issue. The staff worked to minimize the inconvenience and stress in a very professional and expedited manor. Points on both. What struck me was not the care they gave to my issue, but to a non native English speaking customer ahead of me. They made sure to take whatever time was necessary to bridge the communication barrier to ensure proper information and repair of the phones. I will be a customer (hopefully not that often) for as long as UBreakIFix is around. And kudos to Asurion for having the forward thinking to partner with these folks..

I lost my phone and called Asurion on a Friday before Labor day weekend. The representative stated they could have a technician come to my house to deliver and set-up the phone the next day. I was told there is a 2hr window between 5pm to 7pm when the technician will show up and I had to be home. The technician calls me and say she will arrive after 7pm because she has to come to Philadelphia from Pottstown. The technician was a no-show. I called Asurion and was told the phone must be shipped and since it's the holiday weekend the phone will not be shipped until Tuesday and I will not receive it until Thursday. This is terrible. If Asurion can not deliver on offering a technician to come to the home then they shouldn't offer the service. Do not go with the technician option. Customer service in United States is at an all time low.
