I went to my ATT store to have the manager help me fill out my claim with Asurion. She let me know when and where I needed to take my device for repair and when I took it, they were exceptional. The claim process was easy and painless.
Although I called in a claim on the Labor Day Holiday (in the evening) there was still someone to speak with to initiate the claim. That was great! He was good on the phone, I got the replacement approximately when he said I would, which was nice. And I was able to track the shipment which was helpful.
My phone screen shattered. I was on a chat with AT&T and they gave me the Asurion link. I went into the link and answered the questions it only took a few minutes. My new phone was on the way. Could not have been easier. Received my new phone in a few days!
Both asurion and there repair associates are scammers. I filed a claim for my washer. The repair guy came out assessed the issue. Came back a week later with the wrong part. Did not come back the following because the tech went on vacation. When he came back the third time. He put the control panel on the washer would not power off. The tech continuously pressed the button because it would not respond. He then asked me if this is the power button. I said yes. He asked again I said yes. He opened the panel did something to it put it together. At that time it appeared to be fixed. It was not! The cycles are off! I reported it to both the insurance and repair company. The idiot closed my claim saying my washer is fixed! I called up the insurance company told them everything. The idiots filed another claim assigning the same repair company! The repair company also has horrific communication! A1 project Corp and asurion are absolute rip off. Save your money do not purchase the extended warranty. Instead save money so that when your washer fails you can go out and purchase a new unit! If i was able to give no stars I would! My cycle say 4hrs and 13 mins for a washer cycle ridiculous! The washer is an h/e washer that filled up to the top! It not designed to do so! Complete waste of money! Note that I cannot add additional water to my machine! It does not have a feature for that. Everything is preset! Also, the water doesn't fill up unless the door is closed and locked! It's a safety feature!
The service was excellent! Just arrive during the time period accorded and hands the phone to the Assurion representative he received in a very professional and friendly manner. Less than hour later the phone was ready!
I've been paying the monthly fee for whole home protection for about a year. 3 months ago, I filed a claim on my daughter's tablet. They had me take it in to the store, who in turn shipped it off to be repaired or replaced. Now, apparently, the tablet is lost and they're calling the claim "complete" and I never received a call, email, or text to say what the resolution was. The case has been "escalated" now for the second time, so we'll see what happens. Even if it is resolved tomorrow, the fact still remains that it has taken 3 months to get to this point. With all the time I've spent dealing with this, had I spent that time at work getting paid, I could have bought probably 5 tablets. So, my opinion is that this service, while it probably isn't a scam, is certainly NOT worth the money.

I write this review as I wait on hold... again, after my 3rd call to report that the phone they shipped me was not functioning properly and attempting to have it replaced. After every 1 hour call to file the claim, which I was unable to do on their website, I am put on hold and tossed back to the very start of the process. This happens every time I refuse to buy additional coverage for every device in my family plan. Would recommend other coverage.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
