My screen has been cracked for almost 5 months and they keep ordering my screen to come fix it but then on the day of my appointment they say they don't have my screen yet, has happened 3 times. They rescheduled again in 3-5 more days so we will see if it happens again.

My Daughter had her phone stolen at the beach. I reported it and the response was great. The report to file was easy and in 2 days she had a new replacement phone. Everyone was helpful and understanding would always recomend asurion because life happens.
The expert I don't remember his name but he was super helpful explained everything very well and even after I picked up my phone gave me some advice for if I run into any other issues to see if I could narrow down any problem with my phone. I just want to say thank you so much to the expert!

Rebecca helped me fix my phone screen which was to be expected, however she went above and beyond, giving me directions to near by areas I would find interesting so I wasn't bored while waiting, fixed my screen and cleaned my audio ports and offered the best conversation experience. She is amazing and her kindness made what should be a headache of an experience delightful

Broke my phone in the morning on the way to my son's baseball game and had it fixed in an hour and a half that afternoon. The only thing that made me not comfortable is that I was told that I had to provide the password to my phone "for calibration" at drop off. Just allowing a stranger access into everything in my phone for an hour and a half is not comfortable at all on top of the fact that no one pre-warned me about this.

Very efficient. I walked in at 5:50PM. The gentleman was very helpful and told me come back at 6:50PM. When I got there my phone was ready and waiting for me to pick it up.

I purchased Asurion Insurance through Verizon. I made a claim through Asurion. I received the new phone within 24 hours. However, the new phone was damaged. It makes a loud beeping sound when I'm on the phone, people say my voice goes in and out when I'm talking, and the phone doesn't ring when people call me. I called and went online to contact Asurion but there is no option for "you sent me a damaged replacement phone and I need to replace it" option. So, I'm going round and round trying to get help.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
