I dropped my phone face down and shattered the screen. Well as the story goes, my mom is in a living center in AR and we had an emergency. I had to go. The local Att store in Arlington, found the earliest appointment possible and every one was friendly, helpful and the tech was wonderful. My phone is good as new and I was on the road. Thank you, and thank goodness for insurance plans.

The tech Ruben Garcia texted me 40 mins prior to arrival which was well within the time slot that was scheduled. He explain everything to me and told me how long it would take to fix the phone. He made sure I knew where he was parked at. The phone is green and a the trim they sent with the tech was pink. He called me to make sure it was ok to use the pink trim. I've used Asurion quite a few times, never had a problem. Then they sent a replacement phone that doesn't work. When calling to see what could be done, they told me I would have to purchase a new because it was damaged... really?
Spoke with Janielin on Friday, told me there would be no deductible do to not having the original phone. All I would need to do is put my credit card information into the system and it would charge me zero dollars as a hold in case the old phone was not returned. Explained that the phone would be delivered to me on Saturday. I ran the credit card, and was thrown back into the system and spoke with Fredrick. Fredrick stated everything was good and I would receive the phone on Saturday. I never received the phone and called back Tuesday. The representative Angela showed were I spoke with the rep on Friday and stated that the order was cancelled because there should have been a $99.99 fee. He stated that they were going to speak with the manager and original person involved and call me back in 5 to 10 minutes. I never received a call back and called again. I was told that there was a fee, and that there was no longer a record. Don't mind paying a fee, however, don't lie to me or say you are doing something you are not. Not only was this not explained, but I also still do not have a replacement and am doing everything again.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
