I went to Asurion a few months ago to get a broken screen repaired. Good service. The manager said he signed me up for some $24.95 plan that I could log on and cancel. No way to log on under ascurion or ubreakifix. I stopped by today to cancel the plan and I was handed a scribbled number on a slip of paper. I called the number and they couldn't find my account under my name, telephone number or pots number. I brought my phone into the office so the manager could talk to the person on the phone. "Nope, no can do". Finally after a long wait the person on the phone told me "what I wanted to hear" that they canceled the service and refunded my past billing. Will wait and see what happens to that. I told the manager that I would be posting a review and he told me he would erase it..

I was told on 8-25-23 that reimbursement check was processed, and I had to wait 10 business days to get my check. I called on 9-8 and was told I had to wait 15 business days for my check. I called on 9-14 and I was told my check was processed on -9-6. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they told me the check hadn't been approved because it was over $3k. I have been lied to so many times by this company they are running a scam and trying to stall on payments. Now I'm being told I have to wait until tomorrow to get a notice of it being approved. I asked why not today and I was told the accounting department can only be contacted by email but are very responsive. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! I will be notifying the BBB.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
