The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. The technician completed the screen swap on my S23 Ultra in less than 30 minutes. Needless to say, I was very impressed. It was well worth the monthly insurance fee. Had I not been paying for the insurance, the repair would cost me $400.

They sent me to Asurion, I was able to finally make it down and they were a life saver. It was a hour or so until they closed and said they would rush it and they did and I was able to have my phone back. Very grateful for their professionalism and speediness!

After going to my local ATT store in Marietta, Ohio (which was no help), I called ATT support. I eventually was connected to a tech who was amazing. He did his best to solve the problem, and when he couldn't, he sent me the link to get it replaced. I answered a few questions and my claim was approved. This was around 4:30 on Friday evening. I had my new phone by 11:00 Saturday morning. Amazing.
My experience was great. Nicholas was professional, proficient, expeditious, and courteous. He is knowledgeable in the material he presented to where if I had any questions, they were all answered. That comes from experience, and good social skills. Nicholas is a great representation of Asurion, and should be happy to have a person with a high level of customer care.
I broke the camera lens on my phone that I had insured for years. I was sent another Note 9 phone that worked fine for 6 months, until I wanted to change carriers. The phone could not be unlocked. Asurion sent out another phone, a Note 10, so I had to purchase a new pen and case. This Note 10 would not charge well. I kept getting an error message that said the charging was stopped because the temperature was too low. I tried many cords and Samsung chargers. When I called Asurion, they told me to take it to a UBREAKIFIX store and it would be under warranty. This was found to not be true. The warranty period was over, even though I had only had it for 48 hours. Long story short, after many calls to Asurion and Samsung, and being assured I would be taken care of, I paid to have the phone repaired. I will never again sign up for Asurion and will be discouraging all friends and family from using them. Not worth it.

Even worse then Verizon. I will continue to leave a negative review until i can get someone to talk to me on fixing my phone. Day one took 5 hours for a service i pay for and still still nothing now we are on day 2 and i have already talked to 4 people in less then an hour. All these reps do is pass you to the next guy or transfer me to the automated system that is not working. Even the Verizon reps tried with no success. Very bad service.

I always hemmed and hawed about having insurance on a phone, I have a case-I use a screen protector, it should be fine…until it was not. The back of my iPhone shattered in an accident-ironically the front screen was fine. Asurion replaced my phone within 2 days. The tech on the phone was nice and informative. The years of insurance plus my co-pay was still less then buying a new phone (particularly since the damage made it ineligible as a trade in at the cellular store) I will not bat an eye at the insurance ever again-it was well worth it!
The tech arrived at my home a hour early and completed the repair on the spot. Very knowledgeable and professional and personable!
My repair tech was amazing. He was fast and so nice. I took a nap in my car and he even woke me up when my phone was done! He got me in a day earlier as well!
Service was awesome. YAE, the employee was very considerate and polite. She done a great job on my screen and she was on her way out the door. Stayed just so I didn't have to leave and come back. Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
