I t was easy to work with AT&T and FirstNet experts. Having a New Remanufactured Netgear Unit was seamless. I've done Speed test on new Cell/Data WiFi and never had 30% increase in speed!
I always go to a guy named Benjy. Sometimes I will wait until he is there or come back. He always knows what he is doing and knows about the phones. He is very polite and calming even if I have an issue.

I don't recommend any other repair shops except the uBreakiFix by Asurion 4009 Tacoma Mall Blvd Ste. The technicians here know what they are doing and will diagnose and fix your phone (if possible) as quickly as they can. They are kind and helpful. I had been to a different asurion technician the one in south center inside the AT&T store and they refused to fix my screen, but the technicians at uBreakiFix by Asurion at 4009 Tacoma Mall Blvd, replaced my phone screen right away which solved my issue.
I have five boys and all of them have a device. In the past if they lost or broke their device I had to buy a new one at full price. Now, thanks to Asurion, I can replace their device with less money than before. This has help our family tremendously. Thank you for caring about your customers.

The process was so simple and easy I filled out the claim online and picked out the ufixit store in my area and we went the next day and they had the screen replaced in 2 hours and they just added the $29 onto my next bill we didn't have to pay anything that day. Will definitely recommend Asurion.
