It didn't work for me they sent me an old phone, charge me $275.00 and now before 3 months the phones is not working, today I spent more than an hour on the phone with one of the workers he said problem solved we will sent your another phone, just wait a few minutes you have to answer a few question to get this order going on Monday Icwait and wait, suddenly another person came to the phone, and I have to start all over at the end he told me that the guarantee just cover 30 days and then you have to deal with Apple, I was with Apple before and they sent me to Assurion, 2 hours wasted and still with the same problem, they are good to charge the account, horrible to deal with this companies that the only thing they want is your money
When I filled out my claim for the first time they respond to me very fast and it was so easy for me, my problem was resolved in 48 hours, I'm very satisfied

Troy and nate from ubreakifix came out to fix my Samsung galaxy s23 ultra after I dropped it and really messed up the screen they came to my house and were extremely professional and absolutely amazing. From start to finish the process took less than 20 minutes. The communication was absolutely top notch. When they called me and told me the eta not only were they on time but they were a few minutes early. I would recommend them to anyone to fix anything electronic. They are like wizards when it comes to fixing things. By far one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.

I elected to mail in my phone for repair to have the screen replaced instead of having them send me a phone and then I send this one in. I had an older model I put my SIM card in. Phone went out on a Monday and was back on Friday. Looks like brand new! Thank you!

Very quick, got a message letting me know they where on there way. I was told the Face ID might not work with where the crack was, but still decided to do it anyways only took about 15minutes or less and everything looked brand new. I also got to keep the Face ID as well just had to reset it and scan my face again.
I wasn't aware that I had bought phone insurance until I dropped my phone and needed a small crack in my back glass fixed. It was at this time when TELUS, my mobile provider made me aware that Asurion would be handling the claim. I was told the repair would be completely covered, no deductible. It was at this time Asurion let me know that the phone would be completely replaced after I paid a $400 deductible. I have been told numerous times by TELUS that I shouldn't be paying a deductible. Neither TELUS or Asurion seem to talk to one another. TELUS staff seem to have no idea of what the Terms and conditions of the insurance plans that they sell.

My mother-in-law had lost her phone, thankfully, I had insurance on the phones, so I filed my claim and had the replacement within 2 days, exceptional service, it was awesome to be able to talk with an actual PERSON, if you have an expensive phone that you are currently making payments on, THIS insurance is a MUST have

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
