I dropped and broke my Samsung Galaxy S 22 Ultra plus on Saturday night. I called A T & T and they transfer me to the insurance company Asurion. Once I filed my claim with them they sent me to the closes A T& T location Sunday Morning where I met with a phone technician. He took my phone and within a couple of hours it was fixed and done. I was very happy with my experience. I didn't even have to come out of pocket and was billed on $29 for the service.

I had an appointment at my house to get my screen fixed from 11 to 1. The technician called at exactly 11 to verify my appointment and confirm and told me exactly how long until he would be there. He arrived at 11:15 and fixed my screen for me and something inside my phone was being stubborn but he took the time to make sure it was done correctly. He went through all the steps to make sure my phone was working perfectly still. Getting my screen fixed has never been so easier before!
So i got my z flip 4 replaced back in august, they sent me a refurbished phone with half the battery life of a new one, send that back for a new phone, 2 months later the new phone takes a $#*! on me and shuts down fully whenever i close the lid. Now ive been on hold for over 15 $#*!ing minutes after doing their bs troubleshooting, no one wants to help me with my phone unless i can call them from another phone and sit another 15 minutes on hold to get nowhere.

The tech was amazing. He was kind and friendly. He drove about a little over an hour from his last job to get to mine and worked outside in the van. He was fast and did a great job from what I saw. He should get a raise! My son shattered the bottom of his screen and was perfectly repaired. I will be buying him a new full protective case to make sure that doesn't happen again though.

This program AT&T has evolved steps into that arena and pulls all the triggers needed to erase the problem with a desirable solution. I lost my phone, between flights, at the end of a terrific vacation. The first thing i did was to activate the insurance policy i bought with my phone. Within a day and a half my phone was fully restored, newer, and in kind with my original, and fully activated with all of my previous collection of settings and apps, as if it had never happened. What more could i ask for? Kudos to AT&T for developing the highly competent, in-store management of an impeccable relief system.
I spoke with several different agents. All of them were very patient and professional. They told me that I made them laugh and made their day better. I told them that I know how it is working with people. Some people are so sensitive even if someone yawns which one agent did.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
