Set an appointment for 5pm-7pm 3 days away. Tech no shows so call and get an eta of 1 hour. Tech shows to house at 8:40pm and finally finishes service at 9:15pm. Not very good customer service!
The guy that fixed my phone was very knowledgeable and did a great job repairing my phone.
Started at AT&T who suggested using my insurance coverage to fix a cell phone that had been dropped and the screen shattered. Quickly sent me to Asurion for the repair at the Promenade location in Scottsdale, Bell Road and Scottsdale Road. Very professional young man took my phone and I was out in a few minutes with the repair to be completed in a couple of hours. Repair completed on time - cannot live without a cell phone so this was a critical issue to get resolved. Very satisfied with the whole process.
The Asurion representative was respectful, prompt, helpful, and friendly! We had a replacement situation and the data transfer took less than 15 minutes. In addition, I was able to track the representative for estimated arrival time. Very Professional!
I needed a new screen put on my cell phone; the glass was cracked. Asurion was very knowledgeable and effeceint in getting my claim entered; and securing an appointment at an AT&T store. The person at the store in Hadley, MA did an excellent job on the phone, and completed the repair within the window of my appointment.

Upon filing the claim and choosing the available service location nearest me, Jayden, the service tech, was quick to reach out about my visit. After arriving, the check-in process, repair, wait-time, and overall expectations were clearly stated and defined. As a first time customer, this location and Jayden definitely met all of my expectations and even exceeded them! I will be recommending to anyone needing device repairs!
