Set an appointment for 5pm-7pm 3 days away. Tech no shows so call and get an eta of 1 hour. Tech shows to house at 8:40pm and finally finishes service at 9:15pm. Not very good customer service!

Started at AT&T who suggested using my insurance coverage to fix a cell phone that had been dropped and the screen shattered. Quickly sent me to Asurion for the repair at the Promenade location in Scottsdale, Bell Road and Scottsdale Road. Very professional young man took my phone and I was out in a few minutes with the repair to be completed in a couple of hours. Repair completed on time - cannot live without a cell phone so this was a critical issue to get resolved. Very satisfied with the whole process.
The Asurion representative was respectful, prompt, helpful, and friendly! We had a replacement situation and the data transfer took less than 15 minutes. In addition, I was able to track the representative for estimated arrival time. Very Professional!

The person at the store in Hadley, MA did an excellent job on the phone, and completed the repair within the window of my appointment.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
