I've heard horror stories about having yout phone repaired. I didn't experience anything but the best service possible. They were prompt to the appointment time, and within 15 minutes my phone was repaired and brought back to me. They came to my job and repaired it.
My iPhone was lost Oct 22,2023. I reported it 10-23-23 & representative Sophia had a replacement on my door step October 26th. Original iPhone was recovered 10-25-23. I called Representative Tony who gave me helpful instructions on how to return unnecessary replacement iPhone. IPhone returned immediately without a problem. Thanks you

They reached out ahead of time to help me make my appointment and they fixed the screen in about an hour. They were very friendly and the whole experience was quite easy. I was given an appointment time after visiting an AT&T facility near my home to have the Galaxy 8 Note repaired. The sales person directed me to the online site and eventually had to talk to a live person by phone to set up the appointment which was made the very next day. Eugene at the other location was there at the drop off, but I stayed as it was going to take 15 minutes to replace the screen. However, it took 15 minutes longer as the connections needed to be cleaned further as it still was not working properly. Eugene was very apologetic, but made it worth while to stay longer and took his time to make sure I walked out of there with a near new quality phone repaired correctly the first time. Thank you Eugene.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
