The technician was early, he knew exactly how to fix my phone. Also, he let me know about my warranty for my new screen and asked if I needed a new case. Excellent service.
We didn't think was going to be this easy to handle our issue but it was, asurion makes sure of it in lest the 30 min we went out with a new product and new protection plan.

I've taken my products to the UPS store as requested by the online instructions from Asurion but it seems as both times they had no clue what to do and had a hard time finding how to get the product shipped back to the right organization with an Asurion so I would agree that the service is invaluable and amazing when it does happen but the integration with the UPS Store is quite terrible

I have been trying to set up my new IPHONE 14 MAX PRO and was having issues. The last thing i wanted to do was to deal with tech support. Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
