When I first got my laptop fixed in Paramus off of Route 17, I thought the customer service was excellent. They didn't make me wait for them and they even offered me a monthly payment plan of $24/per month instead of paying the $99 for the service. They also didn't give me a hard time when I contacted them to cancel my monthly payment plan.
My phone was covered by ash. I dropped it off at ubreakifix they had it replaced in 2 hours. It was easy and convenient. Thank you so much for the expert help!
I brought my phone in because the outter screen on my Z-fold was shattered. I spoke with Jennifer in tge Grand Prairie, TX location. She was extremely helpful, efficient, and professional. She kept me updated when they ran into an issue with the screen and it needed to be ordered. Once the part was in, it was fixed in no time. The phone looked brand new.
My technician was scheduled to be here between 11am-2pm and he b arrived before 12:00. I was told the repair would take up 2 hours but with the prompt and friendly technician the repair took less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this service!

I don't know how they have such high reviews. They denied a laptop claim for the battery, no explanation. Also they are denying a claim for a PS5 controller because they don't have a clear picture of the serial number. I can't get a clear picture. It's tiny, silver and in between the handles. I have called twice, filled out their forms 4 times, sent in the requested pictures twice and given them all of the numbers they requested 4 times but they still can't process it? This is a scam. Clearly they will deny claims and keep requesting information no matter how many times you provide the information so they can blame you for not following their policies and they can justify not processing the claim. I worked in insurance for 12 years. This is a very obvious tactic.
I went to the ATT store the clerk made a call and told me that the next day my phone would be replaced. 8:30am my phone arrived by 11:00am I had it up and running. Fantastic service and my claim was taken care of without any issues
Daugher lost phone lives in an other state Customer Service guided me through I listen carefully and ask to repeat the link Davon was so helpful and understanding from there got to the link and filled out claim it took a few minutes me being 67 yrs old I thought I couldn't do it and took my time without any distraction.

I've heard horror stories about having yout phone repaired. I didn't experience anything but the best service possible. They were prompt to the appointment time, and within 15 minutes my phone was repaired and brought back to me. They came to my job and repaired it.
Great experience at Lawrenceville NJ repair location. Zach did an amazing job. Was there 90min. Brought a book so it wasn't bad. Certainly better than a replacement or upgrade. Great surprise of getting a new battery with screen repair.
I've experienced the worst customer service ever dealing with Asurion! AT&T uses Asurion as a third party company for replacing phones. They sent me a defective phone that stopped working a day after I received it. When I called customer service to request a new phone, I was meet with excuses and the worst customer service ever! The representatives were combative and very rude! The only remedy to my issue was a $25 that was never sent and a "like new" replace the new phone to arrive 2-3 business days later. I was not compensated for the inconvenience for receiving a device phone or the terrible customer service I received. Asurion really needs to reevaluate their customer service policies and train their representatives to reflect those polices. AT&T should also reconsider their relationship with them as a third party vender! I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with them!

Unfortunately I've experienced 2 iPhones breaking in 3 years. Asurion has made it easy for me to make claims during both circumstances. I really want to highlight my experience 3 years ago. I was a week into being a newborn mother in 2019. I was healing from childbirth and breastfeeding a baby less than 2 weeks old. I couldn't drive to Verizon due to doctor's orders while recovering. Asurion sent a female representative to my home with a new phone and helped me sync up everything from my old broken phone to the new phone. Thank you guys for being one of the good guys in the insurance world!
I forgot I had this service and it came at a perfect time. My TV gave out during Christmas and didn't have much money to purcahse a new one until I looked at my Att bill and remembered I had this coverage. I logged in and made a claim and within 7 days I had a brand new TV...I was so pleased with the ease of making a claim and receiving my replacement. I am happy I got this service 2 years ago.
I was sent my first replacement phone and it was not able to be charged by usb port. I called them and they sent out a 2nd replacement. Same problem. Had to wait until the warehouse finally sent email saying they received the 1st non working replacement back. Now waiting on a 3rd replacement phone and hopefully this time usb port will work. My phone is a Galaxy Note 8. Asurion use to be really good. Now they are terrible, the customer service is terrible, the shipping is terrible, took 3 day to get 1st replacement phone. Use a different service, do not choose this company to cover your phone you will regret it if you have to get a replacement phone. I'm buying a new phone but this time I will use Samsung care or Geek Squad or Square Trade. These companies seem to have better customer service.
I contacted Ausurion because I needed to file a claim on a ride on car I had purchased from Amazon. While the website was difficult to use (none of my details would populate a claim) I began a virtual chat. Once I started the virtual chat the process was quick and easy. The agent was thorough, helpful and kind with communication and they helped me file my claim in just minutes.
We had a lovely young man from Benin to come and fix my telephone and he did such a great job quickly efficiently we are very very pleased
It's very hard to describe when you call for help and unable to describe the problem and the person who answers makes you feel they were there just for you. I wish I could thank them personally for making it so easy to understand the instructions and anawers given, thank you so much, that's what I call awesome service.

The FIND MY PHONE app couldn't locate it. Contacted Asurion...completed the claim in less than seven minutes...I received confirmation a replacement will be received in two days..
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
