From the time I clicked the link to start a claim to the time it was over, it was days. Even them receiving my product back was quick. It was easy to choose the issue and with the reducing deductible, it makes it helpful to pay for without killing the bank account. We've had to use Asurion a couple times and i'm very thankful for the service.
Be prepared for each person you talk to to have no clue what is going on... like they have no way of putting notes in the computer. Be prepared to repeat yourself, have your call dropped, talk to 15 people in several departments but never given the number to the actual department you need to talk to, be on hold for hours, and lastly, be prepared to have rude people talking to you and to get screwed over and lied to.
From the moment I called to file a claim (on a Sunday) everything was perfect. Asurion was in contact with me every day until the day of the appointment. On October 6. The agent was on time, and the repair was done in minutes. The agent was very pleasant, and quite effective. Very positive experience.
Excellent experience with Damaris. Was unable to clear old iPhone, kept getting error messages. Chat with Demaris proved this to be a complex and difficult problem but Demaris was able to resolve the issue & wipe the old iPhone in a relatively short time. Greatly appreciated.
The LED on my 2021 MacBook Pro broke under the screen.
During my chat with Rex, he was able to get me approved and will have a box kit and free shipping label and a shipping box ready for me after the screen replacement to ship back to me for free.

I contacted Asurion to fix my washing machine.
Asurion turned out to be:
1. Mismanaged bureaucracy I ended up talking to 7 different people without any resolution.
2. Technologicaly inept, the one person who came to my house misdiagnosed the problem claiming it was
a broken timer and didn't fix the washer; Sears came several days later and fixed a broken switch in
1/2 hour to get the washer working.
3 No regard for my time.
- Asurion scheduled a technician to come to my house between 1 and 4, The
technician did not show up or call to cancel.
- I called a help line three separate times and each time
was put on hold and after several minutes was disconnected.
-I called after hours and received a call back the next morning at 7AM while i was still sleeping
I had a problem with a phone I had purchased from Amazon, I decided to take out the insurance plan offered by Asurion, I am so glad I did. The phone had all kinds of problems from day one, eventually I had had enough. I called the phone manufacturer, who said I needed to send the phone back to be repaired!. I had at that point decided that I didn't want this phone, I had also read online that the problems I encountered with this phone were not new, and typical complaint. Asurion did say the phone was covered by the manufacturer as well as the plan I had purchased. I told them I didn't want the phone repaired as I just didn't want the phone period, I would purchase a different phone and manufacturer. I asked Asurion if they could give me a credit on my Amazon account,... no problem at all and they will give me a gift card for the full purchase cost of the phone, so I can buy a different phone. I recommend Asurion 100%.
So disappointed that I had to call after I took off time from work for my two hour home repair window. I had to call Asurion to find out the technician wasn't going to make it. The only thing Asurion could do was reschedule another time. It took an hour on the phone for them to offer me this as the only resolution. I was both sad and upset in Asurion making their problem into my problem. It seems like my commitment to pay for phone insurance is met by their belief that they don't need to honor a commitment they made with scheduling a time to help me.
Brought a phone in for warranty repair, super fast service with a bright smile. Fixed right the first time and the time estimate was right on! The rep/repair person was very helpful, knowledgeable and fast on the repair!
The person I got to help me with amazing super nice straight to the point was not complicated at all. I really like the service I got today.

When we remodeled our kitchen, I upgraded our appliances and opted for the 5-year extended warranty. Absolutely worth the money when you aren't handy with repair work and can't work on these modern machines yourself. I've had to use the service twice for the dishwasher and this last service call I had the tech repair the Ice Maker, Microwave door handle and Dishwasher door latch. All were covered under warranty again! The customer service call center representatives have been fabulous with getting the appointments set up and the service techs they send out are fantastic and very knowledgeable about the products. Should I ever make another large purchase that offers and extended warranty from Asurion, I will definitely buy again.
This company is comically horrible. They took my phone for a "3-5" day repair. Week 2, I've heard nothing. I call in, they have 0 updates and offer to transfer me. They hang up on me.
5 or so days go by. They call me and ask me for my replacement phone, I ask where my phone is and tell them I'm not returning the replacement until I have my phone... I am transferred and I disconnect the call.
They call me a few days later and let me know my phone is irreparable. I ask the guy why and he puts me on hold for a few minutes and says "Good news, your phone is fixed and you should receive it within 48 hrs"
I argued that his statement vs his statement 5 minutes prior made no sense, but I wanted my phone. Last night I get a package... THEY SENT ME BACK MY BROKEN PHONE. I could go into more detail with their reasoning behind doing so, but it is the most illogical load of garbage you'll hear. Assurion, I hope you see this. You're crap. Your company, is also crap.
I had to use Asurion when I had a cracked screen. The claim was fast, they came to my house and fixed my phone really fast on site. Now the back of my phone is cracked and they are going to replace the phone. The claim was fast and easy.
I purchased a Cadet 54' tractor from Tractor Supply Co. The pully spring broke. Furthermore, I purchased a five-year extended warranty. When the spring broke, I was given a claim number and was told that someone would contact me and set up a day and time to pick up the tractor. No one ever called or emailed me. When I called to check on the status, the customer service rep put me on hold for about a half hour. Then when she came to the phone she kept repeating " hello, hello". I guess they forgot that the line had not completely hung-up when I heard laughter in the background by the same person. Be sure when you purchase a product from a company to check who their insurance is with.

My phone had a white line going down the side. Could not do anything with it including receiving and dialing out calls. The tech came to my job and it took him only 25 mins to fix the problem. The tech get an A in my book with his work and professional attitude.
The overall experience was phenomenal from submitting a claim to the tech coming to the house. It was wonderful having the tech come to the house so we didn't have to go find a repair place. The tech was within the time limit for a repair, within the time limit of arrival, friendly and professional. He was top notch! I would recommend this service to everyone!
I was privileged to speak with Patience, a very competent representative with Asurion. I was impressed with Patience's willingness to stay on the chat while I was on the phone making my claim. The guidance provided was very clear and I was able to get my claim established with more ease, even during the frustrating parts. I was very impressed with Patience's professionalism and support.
I called with an issue and filed a claim last Sunday, and by Tuesday, I had a replacement phone and transferred everything from my old phone to the replacement. The process was smooth and resolved the issue of a broken camera and poor battery. Everyone that I spoke to was pleasant and helpful. I was glad that I had the insurance.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
