Definitely recommend using this service. The screen repair representative comes to your home and fixes the screen in your driveway. Very confident. The representative was extremely professional and friendly. I will definitely be using this service again.
I received a link to submit my claim (broken front screen). Submitted my claim and was directed to have the local Asurion store to have the phone repaired. It was unable to be repaired. I submitted a follow-on claim and received the new phone the same day. Ashley was a great help at the Asurion Store in The Woodlands.
My wife runs a small regional hospital from her phone, a phone that was stolen at 5pm on a Thursday.
I filed the claim at 6pm after all hope was given up, by 11am the following morning she had her replacement phone in hand.

I had a Fender Guitar Amp that I accidentally dropped. I was unable to use the amp after the incident. I filed a claim on Sunday and on Wednesday of the same week, I received a phone call that I would get a gift certificate for the full amount of the cost of the amp. Approximately 15 minutes later, I received the gift card by email for the full amount. I can only say that based on this experience, I would highly recommend this company.
They are by far the best cellular providers in the market. From coverage, payment plan, service, price and to discounts and allowances; they don't far short. Over the years I have bounced from AT&T to Tmobile, then to Verizon and back to AT&T.
I purchased an Asurion+ plan that I was told would fix any device that went bad. I was led to believe that the repair would be covered under the plan. I took my printer to the location where I purchased the plan and was told I had to go online an get an approval for repair. I went online for the approval and was told the repair was covered for $99.00 + parts + tax. The price of a new replacement printer was $120.00. I bought a new printer. A similar issue occurred with a big screen tv and sound bar. Big screen tv was never approved and the sound bar repair was approved for repair at $99.00 plus tax. Add the cost of the monthly fee and you are at $125.00 plus tax. A new replacement is $99.00 plus tax on Amazon. I have cancelled the service. Buyer beware if you purchase it for anything other than cell phone issues.
The representative was very kind, patient and informative. Although the issue was a little complicated on my end, the representative was very patient and helpful. I would definitely refer this kind of service and it was much appreciated along with the convenience.
They texted me 35 minutes before their arrival. They arrived 30 minutes later, rang the doorbell, took the phone and looked at it, said give him a 1/2 hour. He rang the doorbell 30 minutes later and Voila! My phone was fixed!
I had to make a claim for a broken hearing aid that I had insured. I had to go to chat where they identified the product and processed the claim quite quickly. Now I just have to wait for confirmation email they said a few hours.
Technician walked me through the process step by step and remained with me until resolution. Throughout the process she was very positive, friendly and informative. I never felt rushed. She was very reassuring.
I had an issue with one of the phones on my plan and the representative that I spoke with had it straightened out within a few minutes. I was very pleased with the interactions with the representative.
The first technician diagnosed the problem as dampers and parts were ordered. The second technician, Anthony, installed the dampers and made sure the washer was running correctly. Both techs did a wonderful job!
I was surprised with the ease of reporting my cellphone for replacement. After a disappointing experience with my current carrier I was indeed pleasantly surprised by the service. I was promised the replacement phone in 2-3 days..
So lets say you have a new Iphone for a year. You pay $11 ($132 for a year) for Asurion coverage. Then you break your Iphone. The deductible is $200. And guess what? You get a REFURBISHED phone. So lets do some math. $132 for insurance, $200 for your deductible. For a total of $332! You could have easily bought a refurbished phone for under $300...
Total Scam... NEVER get Asurion coverage for your phone.

I had technical difficulties setting up my new iPhone 15. I called well after business hours (10:30pm) and was directed to the live chat. I was skeptical about my issue getting resolved but I gave the chat a chance. Cielomarie was such a breeze to work with, she was prompt in resolving my eSim connection problem. I highly recommend Verizon's live chat for any late-night technical support as they were able to assist me in resolving my issue in a timely and seamless manner.
Soundbar quit working and it was insured through Asurion. After paying deductible, they shipped these large items for repair work. Replaced the main printed circuit board. Somewhere in the shipping process, my sound bar grill was dented. Shipping these large items across the country will always present opportunities for damage. The repair was effective, but the dented grill frustrates me.

The experience was flawless. Adin contacted me 30 min before arrival and arrived at the time he said he would. Very polite and made sure all of my questions were answered and explained the limited warranty with the repair. We will be requesting Adin in the future if we need one of our phones fixed. The repair was complete in the time he told me it would be finished. It was so easy to get the phone screen replaced, he came to us which was amazing!
Their reps are proficient, caring and very reassuring. I didn't mind waiting g to have my issue resolved.

They replaced my broken Samsung QLED TV with a cheap imitation with a bad picture. I have called so many times and left on hold, was told someone would call but never called. This is the worst company ever and I am leaving Verizon
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
