My S23 Ultra's screen was cracked. I brought it in for repair. Carlos exhibited superb customer service skills by GREETING ME, introducing himself, assessing the situation and setting my expectations. He also made me aware of the Maintenance mode that my phone offers to allow him to complete the repair and test the device before handing it back to me providing an additional measure of comfort. If this is how Asurion usually operates then I will always opt for their protection.
I have used Asurion for many years since they first entered the market and began replacing cell phones. Initially, when a friend recommended Asurion Home Plus, I was hesitant and grateful but didn't take any action. However, I'm thankful that I ultimately decided to sign up because it has been a fantastic experience. Now, I have complete peace of mind regarding my digital and technology investments, which makes me feel great!
Carlos handled my chat today and was so thorough and helpful. I had several questions and he saw my issue through (patiently) from beginning to end. Normally I hate chat support-style assistance but this was a very pleasant experience.

My IPhone 8 had broken glass on the back. Asurion sent an iPhone 12 Pro Max to replace it. I was not expecting that. The new phone is refurbished but you can't tell. It's as good as new. Well worth the cost of the insurance on the phone.

I own a seven-year-old Dell laptop so that had a lot of bearing on the time that it took for my tech person to solve my issues. My issue is that I could not get my newly purchased Canon printer to connect with my laptop. The expert, Aaron, pretty much figured out what the problem was after a short period of time and asking me pertinent questions. It took a long time because of the slowness of my laptop and he was infinitely patient waiting for the old girl to do her thing. He took control of the laptop and was able to figure out the problem quickly and instructed me on how to remedy the problem as quickly as physically possible. I could not have had a better experience!
I just had a bad remote, but the entire system will be changed. Kind of glad, because everything gets updated after awhile. No problems with the claim. Excellent process!
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
