I had a problem redeeming a gift card. The agent walked me through it. He was very helpful and recognized the issue and what i was doing wrong. It all worked out. I'm pleased.

The key is having all the information regarding your product, Activation Kit, the box the Phone came in, not the packing box There is needed information on the bottom of the box. In my case I was sitting at my house computer logged into my ATT account. It was smooth sailing, at lot of steps easily done.

Damaged my phone Z Fold 4 phone while on a business trip beyond use or repair. I hesitated purchasing the insurance when I got my new phone, but I am so glad I did. I thought the claim process was going to be challenging, but to my surprise, it was very easy - and fast. I submitted the claim online while still on my business trip, and 3 days later when I returned home the new phone was already delivered. Don't hesitate to get the insurance - it is well worth the money!

I had an appointment for expert to deliver and set up between 1 and 3 pm, around noon I got a call saying they were short handed so it would be between 7 and 9 pm. Shortly after 6pm I received a message saying they couldn't deliver. I called and they scheduled for the next day between 1 and 3 pm. Guess what, I received another message saying they couldn't deliver. I called again and requested to have it sent to me. I got it from FedEx the next afternoon! I should have done that to begin with!

The people at the store in Kilgore Texas told me they could not reset my pin number. I had to go to the corporate office in Longview Texas and show them my drivers license and when I went, they said they couldn't help me because they had to send me a link to my phone in order to help me and I had lost my phone so I just took a chance to chat online and Lorlyn was who I got and she was very nice and helpful very patient and answered every question and solved my problem. She's very good employee and I give her a A+ plus + and five stars.-

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
