I lost my original $#*!'s receipt and didn't know about the option to upload your original at the get go(I'll do that next time). Once I got a copy from $#*!'s I used the Asurion chat to file a claim. Super simple, pretty fast and no hassle at all. Highly recommend for things such as a canopy. I will be a customer of theirs again.
I have had this company at least 2 years but have recently kept my plan the last year. Such good service I made a claim for the first time ended up not needing it but they were so great about the entire process.

Starting with our Verizon cell phone almost 20 Years ago, we have purchased Asurion protection whenever it was available, because we learnt very early how valuable it is.
So far we have been able to get our cellphone face glass and tabled face glass fixed, twice had our rhoomba irobot vaccuum cleaner battery serviced, and now our Hamilton Beach food processor problem addressed
The Asurion purchases have more than paid for themselves and the biggest benefit to boot is the peace of mind that came with it!

Being able to make the claim online made the process fast and easy. The time it takes for them to fix your phone was under an hour for my Galaxy S23 Ultra. I had broke the front glass then 2 weeks later broke the back and both were done in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this process and the people they send to fix your phone.
I have no complaints whether if I'm using the app, chatting or even calling in, I'm always taken care of I really like the service.
I love this company because when I buy from the store on military installation they cover the item no matter where you are in the world, I wish they would bring this level of coverage to their civilian side (I've called and asked and they said they only cover in the United States but if this is wrong PLEASE let me know!) great company and easy to deal with, even if there is an issue they are willing to work with you and get it fixed for you; gave them a 4 because of the issue above but they really are wonderful and easy
