The process to get another device is quick and I didn't have to wait on hold forever they take care of there customers there's a processing fee but I wouldn't work for free either it's not bad when u think about it

This was super simple,easy and quick made the first claim the day of the incident got the screen replaced with in a cool hours but they couldn't fix the camera and the phone was bent. Filed a second claim to get replacement phone which was super simple and had the refurbished replacement phone with in two days. Great experience!
The representative, Chris, who I dropped my phone off with this morning was extremely friendly, professional & accommodating. I appreciate his promptness, reassurance, communication & the speed at which he repaired my phone. He told me it was a difficult repair & would take approximately 4 hours, so I agreed to leave the phone with him. Within 4 hours, he text my alternate number to let me know it was ready to be picked up. As someone who has been in customer service for over 30 years, I was extremely impressed with his level of customer satisfaction! He's a keeper; give him a big fat raise!

They were amazing! I dropped the phone filled out the claim online decided to take it to the location. Thru would have come to me FREE! I walked in and they were ready! Everyone was so welcoming and smiling! They answered all my questions! I cracked the screen and they had it fixed the same day! This location is awesome!

They won't give up without a fight.
But surprisingly, Stevie was very polite, quick in response, and did provide a nice alternative.
Declining that was fine, and we quickly proceeded to concluding with what I wanted.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
