Tonight, I worked with Abigail to resolve a replacement for a purchase we made under the Asurion 3 year protection coverage and it went extremely well working with her. Great customer service and her efforts should exemplify what the experience should be like for anyone training for this in your organization.
My IPhone was rebooting many times during the day and something was killing the battery. Just a couple of tech support calls then one call to Asurion and my new upgraded phone was delivered the next day.
Overall good experience, got a screen replaced, but had more issues, got them resolved the following day
