I've looked at the asurion home+ plan many times and didn't think I needed it. Well, I was wrong. The very first day after signing up I had a technical issue with my laptop. The chat was beyond easy and Michael was extremely helpful. While I didn't have the proper USB in hand to remedy the situation, he wrote up detailed, step by step directions. I plan on chatting again tomorrow for this specific issue, but also in the future. I'm very impressed right from the beginning. Thank you for an incredible program.
The screen on my phone started to go blank then back on so I had to contact Asurion to get help. I discussed my phone issues with Jeric and he was able to get a replacement phone out to me the next day. He made the whole encounter pleasant and was able to resolve my problem fast. They set me up with Asurion, the insurance I had but never thought I'd really use, and I lucked out. NOT only did I get great service to fix my screen, but an honest convo about why it was beyond fixing, and how I could start the process with getting a new one FedEx'd to me. Everything worked out, and I'm happy with everyone who helped along the way. I won't doubt having security for my devices, and neither should you.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
