I had to put in a claim on a router I purchased four years ago in Staples. I was unable to navigate the website to file a claim. However, my customer service agent, Carmelita, was the best! Kind, considerate, professional, comprehensive, and, very efficient. Based on my experience with Carmelita, I think Asurion needs to direct all customer service to their agents. Way to go, Asurion.

We had an appointment and walked in with a little anxiety being ready to hear the worst but my wife had I were met with the up most professional service and kindness are worries were left outside. Everyone at the Centennial AT&T store are absolutely phenomenal! Davion swiftly answered all our questions and set us up with Dominick the wizard that repairs the electronics and wow Dominick with the knowledge of our Samsung 23 ultra phones was amazing. Not only did Dominick fix my cracked screen in a timely manner but he also took the time to show us more techniques and capabilities that our phones have that my wife and i were unaware of. All in all this crew are the A-team even to the end holding the door open for all the customers walking in and out. A+ 100%

Cracking my screen has always been a pain and real inconvenience. When I tell you this wasn't either, believe it! The guy showed up at my house on time! He got my phone went out in my driveway and done needed the repairs, while I went about my morning getting ready for work! As I was fixing my cup of coffee for the road, h knocked on my door with my 100% repaired phone in hand ready for me as I go put the door! I was so impressed I got there tech protection for my home as soon as I got to work!
