Drinking and spilling kool-aid…then trying to dry it out… in the process dropped and cracked the screen. Rough day! (I was extremely nervous to call and tell them what happened thinking there's no way insurance is going to cover this). They made it ok and got a good laugh with me. Made my day! I received my new iPhone which was way newer than my iPhone 8…IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS! The representative was knowledgeable and kind.

They gave us a pamphlet and told us to go home in when the tech was actually in store. Just because they're not getting paid by the insurance.They don't reference them being there.But they do get paid hourly which is sad for the a t & t customer service agents in the store of vero beach
I dropped my Insured Pixel 7 cell phone and cracked it so bad that it damaged a few functions on my phone. I received the kit within 24 hours as promised in order to mail my phone inside. It had easy instructions. I received my phone back, and repaired successfully five business days later as also promised. Great Job, AT&T and Asurion!👍🏾👍🏾😃

Purchasing an Asurion Protection Plan is a must. Many online vendors sell crap products and sometimes we don't realize it until it's too late to return. The protection plan allows you to shop with ease. I don't have to feel the burden of wasting my money on an item that may not be built to last.
Went AT&T store to buy new phone and was told I had insurance to cover cost of new phone. Did all the necessary paperwork and the new phone came next day
This young man was respectful and Couldn't ask for a better tech. This gentleman was very nice to my children and explained everything to them about what he was doing and also helped. My kids understand more about their iPhone. I would have to say it was a very good experience and this gentleman needs a raise. Amen.
