Quick and easy

I was dreading having to communicate with a rep from asurion because the manufacturer's claim on warranty expiration did not agree with asurion's records. However Jhonnamae was great! I got my claim immediately and will receive a check soon!

Excellent Support

I had 2 experiences with Asurion Issurance. One related with a broken cellphone (Verizon) and another with a humidifier (Amazon). For both all support was extremely helpful, easy and faster to solve my problem.

Overnight EASE

I did the entire replacement process for a cracked IPhone 13 Pro Max and not only was it a few questions to fill out on line in minutes, the replacement device literally showed up roughly 18 hours later. Insane service. 100% worth it.

Jason… robot or human?

I was assisted by Jason today. He provided some information I needed about having multiple Home+ plans in a single household (turns out you can). He answered my question with no issues but something about the way he spoke to me. Made me wonder. Is he real?

I don't want to go too deep into this, mostly because I don't feel like it but. I just don't know man..

My teenage son broke his front screen. I contacted AT&T via the app and they got me in Touch with the insurance. Within 20 minutes I was told I could go to one of the locations near me. The next day we walked in and we walked out 30 minutes later with a brand new screen. The representative was very knowledgeable and efficient.

Great service

This was a great experience. I was expecting a hassle as insurance usually goes, but it was so seamless and they took great care of my situation. I had my replacement phone in about 2 days. Processed everything by phone. Hopefully I don't have to use it again (because I don't want to crack my phone) but if I had to, then I would definitely do so again.
