I just read that Asurion sends refurbished, badly, devices to those whose claims they fulfill. They denied my damage claim on my iPad because it wasnt on the Verizon network that day. I was on 2 planes that day flying to Africa. IPad was off most of the day. Anyhow i mostly use wifi and not cellular data so usually not on the Verizon network. The screen got cracked while it was in my carry on. Seems to me it would be cheaper for them to cover me getting a new screen rather than a whole badly refurbished device. Anyhow Verizon said they'd pay for the repair and refund my premiums. No one at Verizon knew Asurion could deny a claim because of no network usage.
I appreciate the timely and efficient response to take care of this issue I had with a product I purchased in November. The gentleman was very efficient and kind.

I had bought a small chainsaw from amazon and it stopped working. I had also purchased insurance on it. I called them and within minutes they were sending me a check for my purchase! I haven't had that kind of service in a very long long time
Thankful to have asurion insurance for my phone. Cracked my screen and was fixed the next day! Came to my house and had it fixed in less than 30 mins. So convenient!

Asurion was quick to send me a replacement phone and had technicians available late at night to help me transfer my most recent back-up onto my new phone. I only lost about three days of missed calls, text messages, and photos.
This is my third time getting a phone fix and the usual way is to send the phone away to be fix and that will take a week or so to get it back. But with Asurion you can get your phone the same day or the next day if they are busy.
I bought an extended warranty on a walking pad from Amazon. It broke within 5 months. Asurion processed my claim in minutes and got me a full price Amazon gift card. Hopefully the next walking pad works better!
I was frustrated that I bought a low quality product and decided to take advantage of the Asurion protection plan I had purchased. A customer service representative Arsam helped me to achieve a refund in exchange for returning the defective product which I am very pleased about as a result as I do not feel like I wasted a lot of money on a cheap defective product.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
