I smashed my inner screens while working on my car. I contacted Assurion on the website and started my return/repair of my phone. Had a follow up phone call to finalize the exchange. 2 days later the new device was here with clear instructions on the next steps. Labels, return packing, and how to down load and clear the old phone was included. Fast, easy, and friendly service all the was through. Very pleased.

I have never seen a service take so long to come repair my appliances. I called several other repairs services they could come out that or the next day. The one Asurion gave me appliance service center took nine days to come look to see what was wrong. It's not worth waiting to get my appliance fixed. I will be canceling my plan and wouldn't recommend anyone for their service.

I went to make a claim and it wasn't letting me find my product but I contacted through the text chat helpline and had the claim done within minutes of contacting! Very easy and fast, wonderful service.

5 star with asterisk

The onsite techs were outstanding. End to end white glove approach which is relative since it was 1day (quite spendy) tv.
The asterisk is for the rude scheduling rep who refused to accommodate after an asurion error.

Saved my life in a sense

I don't know how my phone was cracked and normally it would really stress me out, but they make it so easy and so convenient to get fixed don't have to worry. I work long ours and the fact they will come to my work is so helpful. I'm far from tech savvy and they have made it so easy to file the claim.

Between my husband and myself we have been on hold with this company for over 2 and one half hours. They were supposed to come out today to help fix my husband's cracked phone, but never made it. They can't ahead and charged my husband the $30 fee anyway, even though they never showed and my husband never canceled. Every agent he has spoken with has either gotten disconnected, or they have to out him on hold so they cam contact another agent to get the full story. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

I had to put in a claim on a router I purchased four years ago in Staples. I was unable to navigate the website to file a claim. However, my customer service agent, Carmelita, was the best! Kind, considerate, professional, comprehensive, and, very efficient. Based on my experience with Carmelita, I think Asurion needs to direct all customer service to their agents. Way to go, Asurion.

Was worried, but they helped and all is well!

My product broke at the worst possible moment. When all was safe again, I had the warranty through Amazon and I was using all that info for claim. However, I was having issues, so I selected Chat. I was so glad I did! Representative Rejoice helped and I have my claim finished and I can replace item in next 24 hours! Thank God I bough warranty! I also am greatful Asurion is easy to deal with in these cases! Will make sure I get warranty when from this company.

My phone fell of the side of the couch and spider broke all over the screen. I use my fingerprint as my signature and I was not able to get into anything. I made my claim and within a couple of days someone came to my work. Took my phone, fixed the screen and then returned it to my front office. It was a wonderful experience and so much better then me going inside a store or having to send my phone off somewhere. Thank you for all of your help!

Website sucks but chat is great

Website is always down and having issues midway through the claim which makes you repeat the process over and over until you're forced to click chat with someone BUT the chat is very easy and helpful, resolve your issue faster by chatting

Great Customer Service!

I needed help getting a phone replacement activated as it wouldn't do it online itself. Went through to the chat the agent named Brian came back and helped me 100% above and beyond he even stayed late past their closing time to get this phone activated, and to answer all my questions about AT&T Home Electric protection services. My phone fried after falling in water. I filed a claim and received a new phone the next day. My problem is that I paid a $75 deductible. I also paid $27 for a replacement screen cover. Add to that insurance payments equalling $96. I paid $200 for a replacement phone. My phone in the store was $120. I wasted $80. So I dropped this insurance. I'm better off without it.

This is my first set of LG kitchen Appliances & when I purchased, I chose 5 year warranty. Of course one always hopes our Appliances will never have a breakdown but life isn't perfect & sometimes it happens & so glad I had this warranty! I've had one claim in past on my fridge & that was handled fast & effienctly across the board! This time it was my range & while I thought I had a problem with it, I actually did not & learned a little insight about my range & how it is designed to operate. All is good & I'm amazed at how quickly this issue was handled. Based on my 2 experiences, past & present, I highly recommend this company for warranty protection.

Hacked badly
