I spent 4 hours a week ago to try and change my imei number on an online claim. The people on the phone refused to help me to change it for me. Once it was finally changed and my date came, I found out that they changed my scheduled time without telling me. I verified multiple times online and with the final lady I spoke with that it was correct. I am very dissatisfied and frustrated and their online service is horrible.
I connected with Asurion through AT+T. The phone customer service rep was very good to work with to resolve the screen repair I needed to my Apple MacBook Pro Laptop. The screen was black and not functioning except for the very top band across the screen. I'm not sure what caused this as I'm super careful with my gear. Once the needed info was input into the system, the rep emailed me the necessary paperwork to send the laptop in for repair via UPS at no charge. I dropped the laptop off on a Tuesday and much to my surprise, it was delivered to me on Thursday with full functionality. I did not expect it back so quickly and to be repaired perfectly with notes from the repair tech on a full diagnostic to confirm it was ready to go. Great work across the board.
I am highly recommending Asurion as an excellent option for coverage with repairing electronics.
I was very impressed with the way Asurion Home+ handled my claim. My laptop had a broken screen. Just before Asurion replaced the screen, they realized that the motherboard showed a sign of water damage. They decided that it was better to replace my laptop. It was replaced with a newer and better laptop of the same brand and model. I will continue to use Asurion Home +.

My I phone screen was cracked. I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. From the time I drop off my phone and repair it only took a little bit of time. The service was absolutely great. Will definitely use the service again if necessary
The only thing I'm not happy with was receiving a used replacement phone instead of a brand new phone. I pay insurance on my phone so if it's lost, stolen or broken, I can get a new one. I was under the impression I would receive a brand new replacement and not a used phone. Other than that, it was a great, easy and straightforward experience.
I was super bummed that I lost my 2018 iPad Pro and would have to go through the motions of buying another one. Then I remembered that I had Asurion coverage. The claims process was very fast and easy, and you can imagine my joy at discovering that my replacement device would be the newest 2022 model! Wonderful experience. The light at the end of the tunnel. Faster and easier that Apple Care, hands down!
I had some concerns about losing data transferring data between old and new phones, but Jennifer was patient during the times the backup got stuck. Once it was finished, we completed the setup, and now I have a new phone and a new watch! Thanks, Jennifer~!
I sent my computer in for a new battery. When it came back there were other problems, perhaps caused by the shipper, but I was very disappointed. I got online with the service rep Raymund and he set me up with a new repair order. It was a very easy process... just hope it comes back in good working order this time.
If i could give a 0/10 or like a negative 20/10 I would. They keep sending techs to fix my tv and with every visit my tv gets worse. I am not blaming the tech but rather the parts they are using. What is making me mad is they will not reimburse me. Apparantly another tech needs to come out and tell them it cant be repaired as if the first 3 visit didnt give them that information already. I heard horror stories but the store i bought my tv from recommended them. Dont be like me, if you see asurion just say no. Its less stressful to just pay out of pocket for a replacement than deal with asurion
I've never broken a phone before. This was my first time and my phone is my lifeline for work. No phone no work so it was extremely time sensitive and imperative I get it fixed asap. Roberto at the Washington AT&T location was fantastic. Phone like new with a screen replacement in less time than anticipated.
I filed a claim for a laptop that was broken by my son so I filed a claim asurion denied my claim saying that the email on my form did not match what was on their record. Mind you the charged me the deductible and always charge me the monthly fee. I urge everyone to report this company to the doj because they are a monopoly. Enclosed is the info you need to report it.

I smashed my inner screens while working on my car. I contacted Assurion on the website and started my return/repair of my phone. Had a follow up phone call to finalize the exchange. 2 days later the new device was here with clear instructions on the next steps. Labels, return packing, and how to down load and clear the old phone was included. Fast, easy, and friendly service all the was through. Very pleased.
I have never seen a service take so long to come repair my appliances. I called several other repairs services they could come out that or the next day. The one Asurion gave me appliance service center took nine days to come look to see what was wrong. It's not worth waiting to get my appliance fixed. I will be canceling my plan and wouldn't recommend anyone for their service.
I went to make a claim and it wasn't letting me find my product but I contacted through the text chat helpline and had the claim done within minutes of contacting! Very easy and fast, wonderful service.
The onsite techs were outstanding. End to end white glove approach which is relative since it was 1day (quite spendy) tv.

I don't know how my phone was cracked and normally it would really stress me out, but they make it so easy and so convenient to get fixed don't have to worry. I work long ours and the fact they will come to my work is so helpful. I'm far from tech savvy and they have made it so easy to file the claim.
Between my husband and myself we have been on hold with this company for over 2 and one half hours. They were supposed to come out today to help fix my husband's cracked phone, but never made it. They can't ahead and charged my husband the $30 fee anyway, even though they never showed and my husband never canceled. Every agent he has spoken with has either gotten disconnected, or they have to out him on hold so they cam contact another agent to get the full story. This is UNACCEPTABLE.
I had to put in a claim on a router I purchased four years ago in Staples. I was unable to navigate the website to file a claim. However, my customer service agent, Carmelita, was the best! Kind, considerate, professional, comprehensive, and, very efficient. Based on my experience with Carmelita, I think Asurion needs to direct all customer service to their agents. Way to go, Asurion.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
