The technician communicated his time of arrival and still adhered to the scheduled time slot. With me being out of state I am happy to be able to have my daughter's phone fixed with ease and minimal effort on my part.
The control box of the heat press I purchased wouldn't work. Thank goodness I got the Asurion extended warranty or I would be very upset at the waste of money. They took done my information from the purchase and purchase number. They handled it all. Very satisfied and the representative was polite and did not keep me on hold forever.
ATT was to set up my new iphone! What a joke! Called Asurion and Perry took care of everything! Couldn't be happier! How frustrating to buy a new phone and now have it work! I was told at the ATT store that he wasn't 'tech help'. What the hell are they there for then, just sales?
You're better off not getting any insurance and buying a brand new phone than dealing with these imbeciles. Their prices for deductibles is outrageous and they require far too much information, proof, and documentation rendering their services inconvenient and nonefficient. You'll end up paying more and still not receiving your replacement phone because you had inadequate ''proof'' of the damage on your phone and how it took place. Asurion is a company of thieves.
This was my first time reaching out to asurion,about a defective product. Patrick,did a great job in one chat. I would highly reccomend this protection from asurion!
The reviews on their website is total BS. Apparently there are no locations near me for 40 minutes, and it took 35 minutes for a little nerd to get to me. Once he got here apparently they had all of my information wrong and couldn't fix my screen. Literally had to take off work and I have to take off work AGAIN to get my phone fixed. Don't waist your time with this insurance, just go to iWorx or some other phone restoration place. These people (both the repairperson and the insurance rep) have no idea what they're doing.
The claim was resolved quickly, few questions asked. Item was slightly worn out and needed comfort features replaced. The team was super helpful and approved my claim, and the item was shipped back to the manufacturer
While still under warranty our washer started having issues. The techs came and did all they could to fix the issue. It took several attempts due to parts not being in stock but overall our washer was fixed and we couldn't be more pleased with the communication and the techs willingness to assist.
Our washer works as good as new.
Everything that I asked to be fixed is out of what they do. Broken phone broken tv and they denied both claims so at this point what is the purpose of this useless $#*! service. Im about to cancel and praying they give me a refund for this useless service. A waste of 25$ a month for almost a year.
I switched my service a few months ago and I have to just say that I have really enjoyed the new company. Any time I do experience an issue, they are quick to fix it. They go above and beyond to make it right. They are also very friendly and helpful. I really wish that I would have switched sooner.
They collect premiums, deductibles and damaged phones giving consumers refurbished phones in exchange. They always lie and tell you they can't guarantee a new replacement well what needs to happens to even get close getting one because I've never been able to cash in.
My phone screen went out and I noticed it when I woke up this morning. I was able to go online and schedule for a tech to come out the same day. He was on time and made the process simple. It took him about thirty minutes and it was back to normal. I love the service

I received a new Galaxy S21 phone, replacing my Galaxy S9. The instructions for transferring data from my old phone to the new one didn't work. Went to chat with tech support, got Monica. She walked me through another option and all went smoothly.
I'm very happy with the fast and affordable repair that was completed on my phone at the Johnson City, TN, location. Im also pleased with the professionalism of the young man who I worked with to resolve my issues.
My intuition guided me to accept the Asurion protection insurance offer when I purchased a good quality slim backpack on amazon. Lo & behold: after 2 years, one zipper gave out. I contacted Asurion. They confirmed that I have a valid claim. We completed the claim over the phone, and 2x weeks later, the check was in my mailbox, and I banked it immediately.
I have already purchased my replacement slim backpack, and because this is an even better quality slim backpack than my previous bag, I took out the next level of Assurion protection plan for 3 years protection against failure.
I feel good about Asurion, and highly recommend them for all luggage protection (and what-ever else they may cover.)

I live in Minneapolis, MN and my Asurion customer service agent is from "the south" in Tennessee. We agreed in the course of my phone call I needed to come visit and she agreed to watch the grandkids so I could visit! LoL! Now, we were laughing so hard about our cultural differences up here in "the North' versus "the south" that I almost forgot about being upset about my daughters $1400 I-phone being stolen! So, this kind agent made my claims process, easy, painless and dare I say "fun"? An otherwise stressful situation was aleviated by good ol southern hospitality from my customer service agent and her efficiency and kindness. I felt very well taken care of as a customer and I wish this lady could get a bonus and a free lunch for what outstanding customer service she gave me. My toughest part of the process was doing the puzzle online to prove I was "a human". The struggle was real, and then I figured it out. Thanks again for amazing customer service. My Granddaughter dropped her phone, and it got run over by a car. We called the number got a GREAT person to help us unfortunately I forget her name. But she was in Texas was so helpful and pleasant. Made it easy about 15min and it was approved, processed, phone was on the way. Ty M
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
