Personable Service

I know my way around a phone but sometimes the service you're subscribed to have features you may not know about. I was helped with setting up a VPN and the way they helped was personable. He knew I was just techy enough to know what he was talking about so he didn't talk down to me or go over my head. He knew just the level of professionalism to have with me.

Good hands to rest in

I have had to reach out to Asurion several times since using Verizon and I have always received prompt and polite service. The customer service agents take each call serious and endeavor to exceed expectations when delivering top notch service. Phone replacement
March 8, 2024

Lost my phone, suspended my phone and put in a claim through the website. Answered a few questions and claim was approved. The process was painless and the solution was prompt. Received my replacement phone in 2 days. Thank you for making the process easy and the site was friendly (no issues/glitches).

All-in one computer

I was a little skeptical when Asurion offered me a warranty for the electronics in my house even though I never had any issues when I've used their warranty on the cellular in my household.
My all-in-one computer had some issues first with the screen itself and then microsoft's blue screen issues. I called asurion to satart a claim on it and after a few questions over the phone and then filling out a claim form online, the claim process started and it took about two weeks to get the computer back already fixed and so far, no issues to report after about two weeks of use.
I would recommend Asurion's warranty service for your home electronics (such as tablets, computers, TV's, etc).
You'll pay a $95 deductible for claim. In my case it was worth it because I would've spent probably 4 times that amount if I didn't have their warranty.

Great investment and very easy to use.

So I purchased my S23 Ultra less then a month ago. My phone slipped out of my hand while texting and hit my desk just perfect to Crack the screen. Placing a claim with Asurion was so easy. I was able to get my screen fixed by just dropping it off at a local store and withing 2 hours my phone was like new again.

I bought a Keyboard for my son for Christmas 2021. It failed 11/1/22. Took the keyboard back to Guitar Center. Made a claim. Talk to the Employees at GC and was able to process the Claim there at the store and connected me to Asurion. Asurion gave me the information I need to send it out to a repair Store. Once received at the repair center it was quickly return with the description of the issue and repairs made. Son opened it up and set it up and went to town. Normally don't buy "insurance" but this one by far is great. Thanks..

Replacement phone

Asurion is wonderful! My husband is pretty clumsy with his phone! Lol When he works on our vehicles or anything, he puts his phone in his pocket or even on the tire of the vehicle he is working on and forgets about it! He ends up running over it, rolling over on something with it in his pocket, etc! Asurion has helped us with a replacement phone each time. Their website is very easy to use! I would recommend them to anyone with a phone!

Run over/ smashed phone

This was super simple,easy and quick made the first claim the day of the incident got the screen replaced with in a cool hours but they couldn't fix the camera and the phone was bent. Filed a second claim to get replacement phone which was super simple and had the refurbished replacement phone with in two days. Great experience!

Aromatherapy Essential Oil Diffuser Quit working

At purchase I added the Asurion Warranty for 4 years. Went to the website and entered my 17 digit purchase code they emailed me and it was so simple to resolve the issue! Highly recommend this warranty and will make sure to always get the warranty for all my Purchases!

Best claim experience ever!

My product quit working and I contacted Asurion to make a claim. Within 10 minutes, they issued me a full refund and told me I could dispose of the product! This is the best claim experience I've ever had! I will definitely continue to use Asurion to cover my products!

Fast, Friendly and Professional

I accidentally dropped my phone and the screen and LCD panel were both damaged and needed to be replaced. I spoke with two different customer service representatives and they were fast, friendly and efficient. They found the best way to remedy my situation and made everything as convenient as possible.

Waste of time and Money
September 29, 2020

Paid in for insurance for 2 years and first claim for a cracked screen. After 2 hours on the phone, my options are Pay $29 and wait 9 Days to get the screen fixed or $199 for a new phone. The website is horrible and was no help to me.

Lifesaver and timesaver

I am at that in between age where I know enough about computers and use them daily, however not great with complex troubleshooting. In addition to resolving the issue, Bryan was very very patient with me. He waited on me repeatedly to do what I needed to do on my end to transfer data and activate a phone. It wasn't an easy setup-ran into several issues. Bryan had solutions for each issue and as I said was very calm and patient and took all the time needed to resolve my issue. Better than Google Searches

Trouble shooting technical issues on phones and other devices is getting more challenging. There is a lot of info on the web to search for and to many options to choose from. On a single chat call with Asurion, they were able to resolve my technical issues and save me a lot of time.

The Protection Plan That Does What It Says!
