I went in and was told told it will be 2 hours because my device is a more complicated. The gentleman working was polite, professional and very knowledgeable.
My phones battery expanded and push the screen out. Ivan repaired the phone using ATT insurance and I had no cost whatsoever. This is real service and well worth using ubreakIfix for all of your phone and computer repairs.
We had 3 new iPhones to activate. We had already set them up but ran into difficulty activating our Verizon service. The first 2 took some time but were pretty straightforward. However, the last one kept saying it was linked to another device. It took us forever to find an old, nearly dead phone but Sheena was patient and kept troubleshooting. Nearly 3 hours later, they all are working and I didn't want to scream. She really kept her cool and made the process seem not so awful. Kudos to Sheena!

I've used Asurion in the past on a protected product and this time using the service was just as was as the first time. I recommend everyone to pay the extra fee for the protection plan on electronics because you just never know when your device may fail or you have an unfortunate accident with your device. Asurion has you covered.
My Iphone 7 was having serious battery issues and it was replaced with an Iphone SE. It arrived by FedEx the next day. I liked my old phone but I love this replacement.

It took three times to get tech to finally to show up. First time, doesn't work on Saturdays, he does. Second time, went to the wrong house. Third time, showed up 20 minutes before my time was up. Phone works great and did a fine job.
It was short. Messaged someone for assistance on the website. They were able to assist in helping me file a claim. Claim was approved immediately and was able to get free shipping to return the product and get a gift card back for the same value.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
