Great Service! Easy to make claims!

Our cordless vacuum is 4 years old and not holding a charge any longer. The manufacturer's warranty was for 2 years, so I bought an extended warranty for 3 more years. The rep quickly sent me a shipping label paying for the shipping. Sending the vacuum off today. Simple and quick.

This company is a total fraud, sent me wrong phone, when I sent mine in to them. After months of complaining finally sent me correct phone. NOW, they fraudulently charged me for the original phone falsely claiming they never received it. I sent them a warning letter but, they still charged my card, I am prosecuting them.

First time i started a claim the rep reminded me of the warranty and i was able to get new controller, this second time around my right button stop working and i was able to process the claim quickly. Worth the money.

Absolute confusion
June 2, 2020

Bought a pool pump from Amazon. Got the insurance. Pump failed. Past manufacturer warranty. No phone number to call, manufacturer not listed as a covered company. Had to go to chat. Person typed in broken English. Found my account and said claim was filed. Two days later, nothing. Went online again. Tried to go to chat. No one came on. Went on Facebook. Wrote and got a response on Messenger. Also in broken English. Was told no claim existed. Filed a new one said I would hear within 24 hours. Nothing. Went back on Messenger several times. No response. Called Amazon. They said I would hear within 24 hours. Been two weeks and nothing. Waste of money and time. Rip off. Don't get taken. Amazon is complicent in this.

The Best!

I have never dealt with any customer service that is better than Asurion. I had a problem with an iPad, it took a while and I spoke to many people but the problem was solved and every person I talked to did their best to get my problem solved. In the end Lisa solved the problem and even called me back to tell me that the solution was found. I could not be happier with service. Thank you

I've been trying to complete a phone claim for a week now. I filed the claim, tried to pay it for a day then they wanted docs uploaded from me. Then, I uploaded docs, tried to pay phone claim and an error message everytime. After, 3 days of calling I have no resolution, I spoke to my bank and they said Asurion keeps submitting transactions for $0 and that's why it doesn't work. I have spoken to 3 people who don't help at all. I have never dealt with anything like this before and its beyond frustrating.

Truly blessed

I can not tell u enough how this company went above and beyond what my expectations was. I thought I might get screwed around and end up paying alot of money to replace my device. But asurion kept there word. Not only that but they also was able to get me insured on all my devices. Even the ones I have in my home that aren't even apart of my phone bill are covered. U will always have a forever customer from me and all my friends and family. This is a huge must for anyone that would like there electronics covered. Trust me. U need to call them right now. U wont regret it

Help question iPhone & iPad.

I reinstated my iPad.
Verizon wants you to upload what's on your iPhone over to your iPad was used with this iPhone just 2 months ago I wanted to double check that there wasn't going be a bunch of duplicates that has happened in the past by doing so.
Tiffany was right on top of everything finding out for sure would not duplicate.
First time using this site for help & really so happy I did! Thank you!

We contacted home depot web sight and was contacted within 24 hours. The repair company called my husband told them what going on they ordered the part came and installed it. Extremely pleased with the company that was sent out. I told everyone how happy I was with Home Depot warranty

I was pleasantly shocked by the customer service.

From past experiences with other product insurance in the past, I didn't have high expectations. But, the process was very easy, the responses were very quick and professional. I was absolutely shocked by how easy and professional the process was. I had the gift card to replace my chair that afternoon after sending in one more picture that was requested that morning. (The needed picture was my fault as I forgot to include it the day before. They were very clear in what they needed from me.) I was expecting a hard time, for it to be dragged out, or denied. (I had a bad experience with another product insurance company years ago.) But, instead I was given very prompt responses and professionalism. I purchased the insurance with my replacement chair. I hope I don't need it this time though.

Product Replacement

The online application is a plus for the most part and the only thing that is not a good thing is that you are not going through a face to face interaction with anyone. I'm a little old fashioned and still like to interact with real people. I would give your process a 4.8 out of 5.

Had a scheduled appointment window between 1-5pm and they canceled at 3pm the day of. Apparently, they had technicians that called in. They could have told me when they knew they did not have the man power to fulfill their appointments. I hope you can find someone else who will value your time because Asurion could careless.

Actually the process was excellent. The representative was very informative polite and gave us explanations as the questions we ask perfectly. I would definitely purchase the extra plans through Costco in future. And will definitely recommend to friends and family. My Galaxy S22 Ultra screen was damaged, and having my AT&T Asurion coverage assisted with this. Upon filing the claim and choosing the available service location nearest me, Jayden, the service tech, was quick to reach out about my visit. After arriving, the check-in process, repair, wait-time, and overall expectations were clearly stated and defined. As a first time customer, this location and Jayden definitely met all of my expectations and even exceeded them! I will be recommending to anyone needing device repairs! Phone not charging

This is money well spent. I wouldn't buy a phone without this insurance. I've been insured with them through many phones over many many years.
When something goes wrong with my phone, I know getting it replaced is going to be smooth and fast. I'm very pleased with this company!

Excellent Customer Service

Regrettably a product I purchased at Amazaon failed.
This required me having to file a claim.
I spent a brief time today on the Asurion Chat Line with a superb customer service representative - DonCarlos.
He was thorough, polite, and patient and provide excellent feedback to my questions.
Very professional.
All my concerns were addressed.
I was grateful for his assistance.
