My back screen was cracked. I filled out a claim, the tech called me before he arrived. Was polite and professional. My back case was fixed in less then 15 min!
Phone screen was damaged. I was able to immediately get an appointment to get the phone fixed. The phone's screen was replaced within an hour and a half. The employees were awesome as well.

I went for my appointment to replace my iPhone screen at ATT shop at The Domain Shopping Center it was raining, as soon as I hit the store a ATT associate took care on me then I was referred to Gary Asurion technician that did an outstanding job.
The repair was incredibly fast and convenient and my tech Chris was incredible - he finished the job under 30 mins and I was suitably impressed. 10/10 would recommend again!

The technician showed up to the first appointment LATE and did not ring the doorbell or knock on the door. He then left without contacting us. After waiting a week for another appointment, the same technician came back again. (I have a ring doorbell camera). After working on the phone for about 15 minutes, He attempted to hand me my phone with the edges still coming off the backing, telling me to just keep pushing down on it. I then had to flag him down as he was driving away because the entire back of my phone came off. He then spent 10 more minutes cleaning it out and removing glass, and was able to appropriately solve the problem. I felt like he was rushing instead of trying to do his best work. I was very disappointed with the service I received it would not use this technician again in the future.
Nothing. I am very happy with the ease of starting the claim. I love the fact that there is an option for an insurance agent to come to you if need be, however; we chose to take it into a shop near us. The tech who serviced my son's phone was patient with him while he was trying to explain what was going on. My son is 11 by the way. He had it fixed and ready within a couple hours of dropping off. Just excellent service all the way around.
During our visit with the AT&T store in Mew Albany, IN, Ryan kicked us into gear to hear to get the processing rolling. Audition, assisted in completing the process and together the two services took the stress out of losing a phone!

Everything went well except for the screen protector I purchased. Protector came off after the 2nd day.
Jon was awesome! It was my first time ever doing a mobile phone repair. He explained the process and went about his job getting my phone fixed fast! I use my personal phone for work so it was super convenient that he showed up early and was able to fix my phone in like 10-15 minutes. Explained what to do after and overall a cool guy! 10/10 recommend him!

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
