Customer service is lacking at ubreakifix by assurion in westboro ma. Borderline rude tech. Unfriendly and didnt explain process. Took 4 hours to fix when assurion says 1. Didn't charge my phone (gave at 90% returned at 5%) and returned to me in maintenance mode without explaining to me upon return. Acted like I should know better when It was my first time using a repair service for my device.
I greatly appreciate the fact that the technician was able to come to office, very convenient. Phone fix was very quick, only took 20 minutes tops.

The gentleman that did my claim were extremely helpful and did more than I expected. Ive always had bad experiences with insurance and getting the run around but both were honest and explained everything to me. My policy cover the screen but no water damage and explained what will happen if I get have water damage. They also helped me figure out where I was going in Denver and wrote down directions while they worked on my phone. It was nice of them to offer and do that for me. Worth driving into Denver or waiting on the repair
Filing a claim was easy, except not accepting my address and having to call twice, but I guess that was for security purposes. When I got my replacement phone they walked me through the process of setting it up. Very easy and helpful.

UBreakIFix drove to me by the scheduled time. Took my phone for 15-20 minutes and repaired the broken screen. Handed it back to me as if nothing happened.
I left my phone in a Home Depot shopping cart on on Wednesday, 12/27, the day before Thanksgiving. As soon as I got in my car, I remembered what had happened, and in the few seconds it took to go back to the cart collection area in the parking lot, another shopper pushed his cart into the back of the cart that had my phone. I saw it happen...all my fault. It crushed the top, right quarter of my phone on both sides. The phone had very limited functionality and would not recognize my face, but I was able to access the "My ATT" app by putting in the passcode and access the insurance. Within 5 minutes, I had a replacement phone on the way. It arrived on Friday, 11/29. I remember hesitating to purchase the insurance, but now I'm very glad I did get it.
My issue was resolved with no issues whatsoever. Incredible staff at the Brandywine, Maryland office.

Firstly, I have to start off by saying if you are unsure about choosing Asurion over a third party mom n pop cell repair shop, I'd say Asurion all the way! I happened to try their at&t brea location and was extremely pleased with my decision. One of their representatives, Vanessa, was readily willing to help from the start. She was very knowledgeable, personable and overall a joy. I didn't feel rushed or judged—rather, she was very patient and went above and beyond in her service to solve my issue at hand. I couldn't believe how fast and efficient she was and also Asurion as a whole.
When you purchase insurance such as Asurion for your cellular plan, you never really know what you're paying for. Well, now i know; and thanks to them and their staff I got my phone issue resolved in about an hour—which zoomed by thanks to the gym down the street! Thank you once again for providing exceptional service and hiring some of the best staff I'd ever had the pleasure of communicating with!
The best thing I ever did, was purchase this warranty! Gives me peace of mind. Already had a cracked screen fixed and later a new battery. All in one year. Worth every penny.
After volunteering at the animal shelter all day, I was at my car in the dark parking lot trying to get prepared to leave.
I was using the flashlight on my phone and had it propped up in my car.
I closed my hatch unaware I had left my phone in that area and ended up smashing the back glass and damaging my LED screen on my iPhone 15 Pro Max.
So close to Christmas I was in tears.
I headed to an AT&T store, as I couldn't use my phone due to the damage.
They confirmed I had coverage and to go home and submit my claim, stating it was easy and fast that way.
Which I did.
And... it was fast and easy. I receiived a confirmation for repair for the next day.
I went to their repair partner, UbreakIfix, the very next day, right at opening time.
Within 2.5 hours my severely damaged phone was ready for pickup.
It looked like new and has been working ever since.
I'm so thankful our insurance paid off and my phone is back to normal.
I'm also thankful to the gentleman who fixed it.

I lost my phone. I looked everywhere for it and I couldn't find it. Finally, a week later when I couldn't put it off anymore, I decided to make a claim. The claim process went pretty smoothly, and the next day I went to my AT&T store to recieve my phone. It was a big relief.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
