When AT & T told me I had to contact Asurion directly, I totally cringed! I contacted them and getting my phone replaced was one of the easiest processes I've ever done with anything to do with insurance. My phone was on my doorstep the next afternoon when I got home. Truly unbelievably good service
Asurion has told us on 3 occasions they where coming out to replace the screen on a phone. After taking off of work, no one ever showed. I have had to call the 15 times.
All they say is we understand.
We have paid insurance through Verizon for over 13yrs. This is not good customer service.

This is the worst service ever. I've been trying for the past 2 weeks to have my screen repaired. First time they came out and didn't bring the right part. Second time they didn't schedule the appointment and I waited for nothing lady told me a time and never heard anything. Called again to schedule, that day appt was 1-3 at 3:15 I called and waited 30 mins just to see where my tech was. Just a nightmare. I won't be dealing with them anymore. Not sure why ATT would think it's a good idea to team with
Even though getting to speak with Dennis (Representative) was not as smooth as one would like, but the real diamond in the rough was talking with him! Dennis was very professional, and reading the screen for our responses made the whole experience edifying! It was not his fault that the procedure was not as simple to make my claim and register the claim, the end result was pleasing and I am satisfied that this process is working!
These guys are quick and they're easy to deal with. Got my phone screen fixed quickly!
This company wants your brand new device and will give you a garbage phone in return. I have a company with samsung parts way cheaper to fixed the cracked screen but you are refusing to do so. You would rather me give you my new phone so you have parts to refurbish your garbage. I will be cancelling my insurance why pay for something that's better for the owner then the customers they CLAIM to take care of. You don't stand by your customers I hope the better business bureau does something with you scam artist
I've had the "Digital Secure" function for some time but neglected to truly learn how to properly utilize it. After about ten minutes of talks with a "tech" person (Raveen). I now have a better understanding of the process.:-)
For years our phones have been protected by Asurion. The response has always been professional, prompt and without complications. You need them when your kids' phones go out a whack while they are in college and when you or they are away on an excursion. I will always feel good about calling Asurion, when things go broke in the night or anytime.
The service guys are nice they have their protocols and limits on what they can do. I've had 5 service call on this fridge 4 are for the faulty ice maker. I have a 5 year warranty if they drag their feet long enough I'll be left high and dry on an appliance that has been a problem for a while now.

I took my Samsung S21 ultra in for service at the store in Lake Worth Texas. A circuit board inside was bad and would not allow fast charging and the back glass was cracked. They got took my name phone info and phone number and said he would get back with me about ordering parts 6 days ago and I have never heard anything since that day.
Not a good way to run a service oriented business. Sorry to write such a negative review but I was a contractor for 40 years and I very well understand customer service and I received none.
I did a speed test on my iPhone and wasn't sure what the results meant so I contacted Asurion by chat and Quinn was great in explaining what the numbers meant. Nice to have the support there when it's needed.
I have been rescheduled 4 times this week to get a cracked screen fixed on my phone. It is so frustrating to stay home for an appointment and then get an email during the 2 hour time frame that you have been given stating that you have been rescheduled. Verizon should find another company to partner with. This company is completely unreliable.
Please do not waste your money buying insurance for your iPhone. It was literally an entire day wasted trying to get a replacement iPhone. I had to call 5 times to get to the correct person… then it took hours to get myself verified. What a waste. If I had apple care they would have sent me a new phone in seconds.
Insurance for our Verizon plan was switched to this useless company. You call one number, get put on hold only to have an automated message give you another number, where you just get put on hold. Three calls so far, longest hold time 55 minutes, and have yet to speak to someone who can help. Company is an unethical waste of money.
My daughter is on my ATT account. She recently went to Europe and the first night she was there, some a**hole stole her phone. She called me crying one midnight. Scared the hell out of me. Glad it was just her phone. Fortunately, I was reminded that I had purchased the "device protection". I didn't even remember doing that. But I was super glad I did. I was curious to see how they really dealt with this. It's one to SAY you will insure it. --- They did, they took care of it with one phone call and had my daughter's replacement iPhone to me in two days (way before my daughter made it home from her trip.)! It made me happy and made my daughter not so sad that she lost her phone. Thanks Asurion. Much appreciated. Highly recommended.
I bought my Epson 4760 all-in-one printer 3 years ago and added the deluxe warranty package with it, never imagining that it would come into play within 4 years. Well, it did. I shipped it Asurion at the local UPS store and four days later got it back home - FIXED! Glad I bought that warranty. That worked as advertised. Thank you, Asurion!
I applied Online to get my Laptop's Battery exchange as the old one went kapoot. I t was so easy! Just filled out a few questions, then a service member came on to read over the claim and approve it. I think it was about 30 minutes to do it all! But that was fast! The agent was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. Asurion is a good company to go through if you need a product taken care of!
The whole claim process is highly complex and will take many hours(6+ for me) of calls/online-portal and days(3 for me) before you get your replacement device. The process is clearly designed to exhaust you. There's a deductible which was $200 for me where the replacement device was worth $435 retail. Not worth it. You're better off putting the $15 a month in a savings account and go get your phone repaired or replaced by yourself.
Q+A to set up new Apple phone was fantastic. Verizon staff was patient, extremely knowledgeable about the device and was even able to answer questions regarding issues that confounded me for a long time that had nothing to do with setting up the phone. The fact that she was excellent in helping me set up the phone and was able to help, beyond the phone setup, was very impressive as staff usually live in different silos. She answered the questions, did not need to send me to another dept. to get an answer, saving me time and creating a very satisfied customer. I would give the highest marks regarding my experience.
Do NOT even think about doing business with these scammers. Worse than aftermarket car warranties. I would not be a bit surprised if these same call center had people switching between selling device warranties and car warranties.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
