The washing machine would not start on most occasions. When it did, it would not complete a wash cycle. I called Asurion and reached their technical consultant. We tried a couple of things and the control board seemed to be the issue. After several days a local repair center was selected Ramirez and Ramirez. A schedule was set and they confirmed the diagnosis, ordered the control board, installed it and everything worked as required.
So nice to text with a helpful representative! Lawnmower died within 3 month manufacturer warranty period and we picked up a new replacement mower from dealer today. Asurion helped me give them the new mower info to continue their warranty with replacement mower. Yay! Not hard at all.
I buy an electronic item then offers me insurance for 3 years i got it year later the electronics when bad i call them and they give me the run around from warranty and not cover the problem so is like no insurance at all they are scamers
I was panicked when my 6 year-old put his Animal Crossings game cartridge in backwards and it got stuck in his Nintendo Switch. Thank goodness I had purchased a 2 year protection plan for my device! They helped me register my device, file a claim, and are sending UPS to pick it up from my house, and will send it back with all costs covered! HUGE RELIEF!
I had an issue with how my phone was described it was incorrectly marked so they didn't have the part ready I had to go to another store about 40 minutes away both of the technicians Alex and the technician Roberto who fixed my phone were amazing! Roberto did not give me the runaround he handled the situation and fixed my phone screen. 5 stars
Drop off my cell phone with TJ the Asuron's tech in the Desoto AT& T Store, and by the time I returned back for my phone it, was done right the very 1st time! The smile on TJ's face let me know that he was confident in his work! Thanks 😊 TJ (hopefully the right initial)!

Snail mail! No options to speed up the process. Difficult to use 800 number to file claim. Today we use our phone as a computer and they want you to file your claim online. That's great, but my phone is broken so its difficult to make a claim online. Oh did I say snail mail? I know they consider over night good services, but when we the consumer pays thousands of dollars for the phone, services, and insurance we do not want to wait more then an hour or so to replace what we have lost. Its as if they took my leg and now want me to run a marathon! So I will not be able to give a good review of the service and experience that I have with Asurion or US Cellular

This was my first time using phone insurance ever. I've had terrible experiences using insurance plans with different products, I just assumed Asurion would be no different. HOWEVER, I was pleasantly surprised how easy and stress free this experience was. Starting with creating the online repair ticket, to meeting James at the retail store; he provided excellent service and was definitely a subject matter expert.
I went to file a claim and was having issue submitting it online but once I started chatting with one of the representatives she was very prompt and successfully assisted me with submitting the claim to receive my reimbursement for my daughters toy car I am very please and would recommend anyone to have this plan!
3 calls + 1 month later I received the return label. Now I have to take it to a UPS store or pay UPS to pick it up. I still haven't gotten to the coverage part, can't wait to see what happens with that.

This company is a fraud. They take your money and then refuse to accept your claim when your machine breaks. There is a lack of communication and customer service skills with this company as well. The service providers that they use are unprofessional and do not know what they are doing. My machine worked better when I first made a claim than it does now after three different technicians have messed around with it. Then the third technician blamed the machine not working on me. Instead of speaking with me about the problem they made a decision about my claim without even asking me for my side of the story! I'm sure that it is apparent that after three different technicians not being able to repair my machine that the problem is not me! Their no lemon policy is a lie! They will just leave you with a broken machine and deny your claim. With this company, the customer certainly does not come first! Beware!

Filing a claim isn't easy with them. Once i was finally able to make it through, i wasn't sure about my phone's exact model number. Asurion was supposed to verify it but didn't and sent me out the wrong phone. I called back to get it fixed and waited all weekend for the correct phone to arrive. I checked the status and called back. They said there was a hold because there was a difference in the deductible but admitted they never told me about it. Luckily a manager waived the $20 difference but still, i have been without a phone for 4 extra days than i should have. The employees there don't sound like they care or are just incompetent...
I have had over 12 claims with Asurion; each one has been handled swiftly to my satisfaction. Highly recommend anyone who needs a product warrantied/insured to use Asurion!
I filled out the form online. It was very quick and easy. Then I did a "chat" with a representative that made sure that everything was filled out correctly. She finished all the work on her end and I got a reimbursement right away for the broken product. Amazing customer service! I suggest doing a chat after you file your claim.
Screen was cracked. I was told they would send someone to fix it. HA HA. Then when I made a claim there was no one in my area. Closes place was 2 hours away. So there next thing was mail the phone. Right no phone for how long? What do you do for any calls? A waste of money for insurance.
Took my laptop in. Screen went bad. Took them 3 and 1/2 weeks to get it repaired. I could have written the OS system for it in less time.
Kept blaming it on parts. Find the part in a million places and overnight it. Hell the pony express would have been quicker. I called to cancel my monthly home+ membership today.

When I call and explain what was going on I paid my deductible send it off 2 day later they told me that it could not be fix. They gave me nintendo switch which is amazing. I had the money to pass it into my account 2 days later and that was fast You guys are amazing we'll keep using forever!
When our device comes shiny and new in the box, we never really think about the worst case scenario happening. And hopefully it won't happen to you, but if it does, this truly is the best way to redeem the situation and get back in the saddle with the new phone right away. The whole experience has been quick and easy.
My phone screen cracked due to being dropped on the ground by my young kiddo and the process to get it fixed was painless! All I had to do was file a claim, book an appointment and in less than 1/2 hour with my phone with the expert it was completed! Very pleased!
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
