I wanted to save money by removing my Device Protection Plan. Knowing that it was due to price, Angelina offered me an alternative plan at a cheaper price. I didn't feel pressured and went with that option. She quickly made the change to my account.

Communication Top Notch!

The Asurion representative was respectful, prompt, helpful, and friendly! We had a replacement situation and the data transfer took less than 15 minutes. In addition, I was able to track the representative for estimated arrival time. Very Professional!

Soooo disappointed w this company. I was told 40$ at the time of purchase for the deductible and now that I need it fixed they are wanting damn near near I paid for the phone. Why would anyone pay for insurance of they still have to pay the price of a new phone. I even had my local phone provider pull up what their site and it said 40$ too. And I provided them a screen shot
Of thus price and my phone deductible cost at 40$. All they would do is basically say we pulled it up wrong... This company is nothing but con artist. Promising to make life easier when all they are doing is robbing ppl. Shame on this company for doing loyal customers this way.

Awesome Customer Service

I never look forward to dealing with customer service. They deal with pissed off people all day and it is hard to stay happy when that is the case. But Rolando was amazing. He took care of all of my issues and was easy to talk to. Gives me renewed hope!

Honestly amazing, it was fast with a job well done, honestly looks like they just gave me a new phone but I'm not complaining lol! They cleaned my phone charging port and speakers for free so overall amazing!

From start to finish my screen repair was hassle free.
Going online made it easy and it was very self explanatory!

My tech replaced the screen same day and in a timely manner. Just under an hour. I will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Lost my phone found it within a week.
They have a 30 day plan for returns. Worst customer service, They do not tell the truth. Cannot get them via telephone. I cancelled my policy. Would not recommend them

Ryan was the Man!

This warranty company has been an absolute 0 in resolving our refrigerator repair that has not been working for one month and counting. The only resolution came when we finally notified the business we bought the product from.
