I ordered my phone Wednesday starting and they stated it would be delivered Friday. The phone got returned as fedex always marks my apartment information as incorrect. They refused to let me pick it up despite fedex not being able to deliver it on their own basis & delayed my phone for another WEEK.
Ryan made getting my claims filed a pleasant experience all the way down to looking up the odd charger type my laptop takes and filing a claim for it as well as my laptop so I'm even getting the charger replaced free of charge. I highly recommend getting assurion insurance on any electronic device.

Great experience and responded very quickly. I have been trying to get my daughter's bat replaced for a while and got the run around on how I was supposed to do it. I am glad I bought the extended warranty!
I signed on with Asurion because they were usually good about repairs and replacement when I use the extended warranty during purchases. I opted in to the Home+ program and it was a total waste of money from the beginning. It's something like $30 per month and if you ever need to use it you have to fork over another $50-$100 depending on the device and issue. You may as well go ahead and purchase a new device because the repair team will likely sit on the device and you would have paid enough monthly to just purchase a new one.
Jose helped me set up my new replacement phone with ease! I provided all the info he needed to enable things from his end and my phone was bombarded with texts that I've not seen for the last few days! The turnaround time for reporting the phone claim and getting the replacement was lightning fast!
I sent an important item for repairs. They claimed nothing was wrong with it, and sent it back to me without its power cord. They won't do anything to help me. They're scammers and speak broken English.

I purchased a patio umbrella to sit under during the summer. I'm disabled and very little sight left, so average tasks can be difficult. The stormy spring weather was supposed to be past but we received one more bout. My umbrella was damaged, the company on Amazon was unhelpful and it was past Amazon's 30 day coverage. Luckily I had Asurion, Marygold was my customer representative and it was taken care of soooo fast. Marygold was helpful and patient, my claim was filed and successfully completed. Icannot be happier

My iPhone was disconnected and disabled - probably in an error by Verizon Store assistant - I realized it happened after people started calling me on my land line and realized then. It was 11 pm by the time I realized my phone has no service. I wasted 2 hours with "Verizon Assistance" as they do not have live assistance after hours and over the weekends. Then comes Asurion Tech Support - They soled it in minutes... They were able to reconnect and reestablish the service on my mobile phone... Very patient, highly professional and courteous staff on chat - solved it in minutes... one can be so grateful and thankful only... I was and I am... Recommend them without any reservation
My service request was a nightmare. It took one month for the technician to finally come to fix my washer and guess what, the previous technician didn't order the right parts.
After that instead of putting me in a priority line as my washer was no longer working, they imposed to me that the next schedule date was a week and a half later. I cancelled the service request after that and I'm now trying to get reimbursed for the $100 dollars they charge in the first visit as the diagnosis was good for nothing.

My iPhone e 15 screen was punctured and I took it to "Ubreakifix" which is an Asurion affiliate.
They told me to come back in 90 minutes and it was definitely ready like brand new in 90 minutes.I am so glad I have Asurion insurance because I would've had to pay $400 for the repair. I only paid $50.
And I couldn't be happier!Such a great easy to understand things too do n bam I was back up and now surfing like I love!thanks so very much I was lost with out my laptop working!So worth the money in time!Must have for all things electronic

Chris led me through the procedure to identify and resolve the problem that prevented me from using cellular data. We had to do "reset network settings" in my iPhone. He was very patient. He listened to my concerns and he had the expertise to respond to every concern I raised. He led me efficiently through a procedure that required some hands-on (so either Asurion needed to lead me, or else I would have had to go to the Genius Bar - which would have taken much longer with: an appointment, a drive, waiting in line, etc.)
I really had a great experience specially with the amazing export Mahfouz the was very experienced, he knows what he's doing he explained everything beautifully to me, and he makes every step easily to understand all the details
Everytime I have any issues with claims or anything the staff is very willing to help and very kind. They fixed my claim issues in a timely matter and made my day better with their great customer service!
The technician quickly, and efficiently, evaluated two of my laptops. She gave me advice and told me what these machines needed. After evaluation, she sent me on my way, and did not charge for her time. I offered to pay. I will give Asurion my business in the future. Thank you
Att has been nothing but good to me. From the no extra hidden charges to filing a claim. They make everything user friendly and I'm so glad I switched from Verizon. This is the best phone company I've ever been with and I've used them all. I won't be switching anymore. I'm with them forever. And I got my entire family with them and they love it too.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
