Every step of the way it has been nothing but problems with this company. Too many problems to explain, as I am exhausted from their nonsense. Just know, that it is day 16 without a refrigerator with no end in sight. Four assignments and reassignments between two companies because Asurion messed up and reassigned it to the wrong company the first time. Their notes are inaccurate. So very frustrating. No one will help. They just say that they can keep doing this process indefinitely, as there is no requirement on time limits for the repairs to be completed. They just don't care.

This was the best service ever. I've never had this type of service I was able to be at home. The technician came by. He even came a little early after a phone call which I really appreciate it. I would recommend this to anyone. Thank you very much.

I called first and the technician was great said he could do it that day in about an hour and a half. I wasn't able to get there that day but when I did bring it in, he collected it and I came back within two hours, it was ready to go! Fantastic service! Thank you!

So glad I got insurance

I have a very clumsy teenager who has dropped his phone no less than 3 times (two while riding his bike and one into the bathtub). As a single parent, it would be almost impossible to replace if I did not have this insurance.

Broken phone

I brought my phone in for repair and I got a call saying that my phone was unable to fix. I went to you break we fix they gave me all the information to call in to Asurion. When I called I gave them my info and a replacement phone was delivered the following day.That's great service. And give me 30 days to return my broken phone it came with a label for shipment.

Grateful for the replacement plan. However, the Asurion agent was only interested in activating my new phone asap (without utilizing the back up) so that he could focus on selling me a new full home plan. Upon politely declining this offer, the agent threatened me and hung up.
I ultimately had to go to my local AT&T store where I received excellent customer service as they properly restored my phone.
Glad I had the insurance for replacement. But the Asurion agent and service experience was unbelievably poor and frankly borderline criminal.
