My ex-girlfriend ran off with my phone and refused to return it as promised. She then cut off all ways of contact after saying she would return it and I have no legal ay of getting my phone back. As it was lost to me (I can't legally approach her, etc.), they processed my lost promptly. It costs $200, but it was better than losing the entire phone or relacing it with another.
I have paid $17 per month for over 5 years for insurance I have never used. That adds up to $1020 I have paid in so when my samsung galaxy S6 finally came apart and started to overheat I started a claim. On the online claim form I was offered a refurbished S8 for the $189 deductible. So I called the customer service and was offered an S9 for the same deductible. I told the woman on the phone that a refurb S9 is available from amazon starting at around $120 with $189 being high end. Heck you can even buy a refurb S9 from the Verizon store for that money. Asurion will not waive the deductible or offer me a higher grade phone so essentially I got NOTHING!.
So, I have paid them over $1000 and still had to pay $189 for the refurb S9 which makes the whole purpose of insurance null and void. Make no mistake, this is a unacceptable and it is being perpetuated and sold by Verizon who refuse to get involved.
Paid the $100 deductible, shipped our computer to them because it would not turn on, (which by the way I had to buy a box from UPS because the box they sent us wouldn't close properly), they received it and told us they couldn't repair because it was "tampered" with. Not true at all! They shipped it back, with "we couldn't complete your repair... due to physical, liquid, or cosmetic damage." There is no way that is true, the day before we shipped it, it was working fine. Cancelled service. Worst insurance company out there!
I had a problem with an item I purchased that I purchased a protection plan with Asurion. I chatted with customer service and my problem was resolved. It didn't even take a long time to resolve. I highly recommend Asurion.
I have had problems with printers and have gotten coverage with Asurion. I have never had any problems getting reimbursed from them if the printer doesn't work, and they don't require any product returns.
Sympathetic, empathetic, compassionate, and very kind and very very helpful and he resolve my issue in a timely matter and gave me the steps to resolve the issues that I was having with my tech. He was patient as he provided me with the links and the phone numbers to get what I need done Everybody should be like Jason
I had a problem with my note 9. After 3 phones and the replacement was not a new phone as told it would be by the sprint sales person. I got a dirty replacement as my last phone b4 I had to trade it in. I was not going to keep transferring my data and photos to a new broken or used phone. They charged me $29 to replace a tinnny tiny scratch and then told me it was cracked. A lie. They refused to reimburse me. They are crooks and dishonest. Now I'm having issues with my note 20. Maybe galaxy phones are over rated. I will not purchase a new phone from Sprint and will change my service provider soon.
It was laughable that they tried to sell coverage for all my electronics. Said I get full replacement of that device. Wrong!
I don't trust them at all. And will never purchase anything from this company.
Also the system that asks you to review the customer service rep. Hahaha. It would take my answers. What a joke!
I was able to start online with my claim and finish online. Karen was very to the point and respectful knowing I was frustrated with my situation. This is the second plan I've bought and for this reason.
Excellent and handling the problem that I had with my dryer that began when it was still under manufacturers warranty, and Whirlpool wrote me off. Shame on them, but kudos to Asurion and to A&E Appliance Repair!
My experience with asurion was so simple and easy-going. I found my phone screen cracked early this morning despite all my carefulness, I was devastated, but asurion made it easy to file my claim and have my screen repaired. It would have cost me a fortune to do if it wasn't protected by them. Thank you Asurion.

Although I called in a claim on the Labor Day Holiday (in the evening) there was still someone to speak with to initiate the claim. That was great! He was good on the phone, I got the replacement approximately when he said I would, which was nice. And I was able to track the shipment which was helpful.
I was having trouble with the claim on my phone (I'm sure because I have phone issues) so I clicked on the "chat" option hoping for help. Medy was so helpful. My claim was filed manually for me and I was done. Thank you so much for making my life a little easier. I really do appreciate it.
$#*!s Sporting Goods sold me the Asurin insurance stating it would cover a baseball bat when my child out grew bat. That is not false. They won't cover it. They wouldn't even cover wear and tear on current bat either. Rip off
From the moment my wife's screen broke this morning to the multiple phone calls to verify the correct phone and its screen was at the store. Once we arrived, it was smooth sailing as we were told it would be about an Hour before the phone would be ready, so we went to have lunch and in about 20 mins we received an email letting us know the phone was ready! We were extatic at how fast the service was and so happy that we were able to get her phone back in such quick timing. Amazing Job Guys! Highly Recommend for all tech repair needs!
My son broke his Nintendo switch joy stick after 2 hours been on the phone no repair I canceled my account. Scamers I was a member for a year don't waste you money the joy stick is only 8 dollar in Amazon.
I recently damaged my Fitbit and contacted Asurion. The process was smooth and painless. I returned the damaged FitBit and shortly thereafter, I received notice my Amazon account was credited! Great service!
From making the appointment to dropping off the device and the speed of the repair was seamless. Jason the tech was awesome and took great care of my device.
My son recently destroyed my screen on my tablet, and I did a claim in the same day and got my tablet the next day. They understood what the issue was and knew exactly what size tablet and year my tablet was and it went from there!
Was sickened when my iPhone14+ was stolen. Asurion made the process of getting a replacement phone a breeze. Patience was a pleasure to work with whilst setting up my new phone. After a large update, I'll be back in business.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
