I purchased the extended warranty service from Asurion a number of times this was the first time a covered product failed that I had to submit a claim. I found the process very easy and quick and had the claim resolved in 15 minutes via chat. Thank you to Philip who was very helpful in getting my claim resolved. Well 1st of all nothing we have you can fix my cell phone cracked and you couldn't fix and then our laptop screen cracked and couldn't fix that either so what can you fix? I am gonna cancel this program, it's a joke!
