Nebula palm reading

Everything about this site is fraudulent and a scam. No 7 day free trial, no 3 day free trial. When I opted for the dollar report for palm reading it immediately charged my card for $20.38 twice in 5 secs. I go to cancel immediately and it directed me to a page I thought was a live chat box and no it was not. This is what it said to do.
AskNebula website subscription cannot be managed through phone settings or the App Store/Google Play. Management must be done directly on the website or through our customer support service. Then another help article stated this.
To cancel your Nebula app subscription, follow the guides below based on the device you are using.Guide for iOS devices:
On your iPhone or iPad, tap on the "Settings" app.
Tap on your name (Apple ID) at the top of the Settings menu. Then, tap on "Subscriptions"
From the list of your active subscriptions, find and tap on the Nebula subscription.
Once you've selected the Nebula subscription, tap on "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom.
