This account is a bulk one and I have no cel phone and computer in on one floor and TV on another so had to go back and forth when things were tried on the TV. Finally got a live person to talk to and got the remote activated except for the volume which cannot be controlled or turned off. Will need op contact Xfinity again to correct this.
